Luna's Hideaway

Pros: Everything was Perfect, very clean and perfect location

The Perfect Place

Pros: We had 4 fabuloso nights in Amsterdam, all thanks to our choice of place to stay. Luna's hideaway was such a cozy and warm place, we would never leave! We read a lot of comments and we believe people should know exactly what they're signing to. Short and simple - it's not a 2-room place, it's a smart 2-bed room and it is perfect for a couple with 2 kids. The locacion is the best, in a very quiet neighborhood, near to tram, subway, local market and it's also a 20m nice walk to the center if you prefer. We absolutely loved it and would love to be back every year!

Very affordable and worth every penny.

Pros: The location was absolutely perfect. We walked everywhere and if anywhere was too far, the station was not far from luna’s at all. The beds were very very comfortable and the bathroom was sweet and had two sinks. Standard little kitchen set up. Just be mindful there is no cooker, microwave or toaster. We were able to check in early which was very nice of Kiki and Chris. They also stored our luggage on the last day!

Cons: No cooker, microwave, toaster. Some marks at the bottom of shower.

Nice studio flat for a weekend gateway

Pros: Really beautiful and safe area. Close to good restaurants and wine bars and I think the place is bigger in person than it looks on pictures.

Cons: It’s not something I didn’t like personally but it might be an issue to some people - it is a basement flat so it can feel a bit exposed at night but the area is pretty safe and quiet so it wasn’t an issue for us.

Brilliant weekend. Great weather, Luna’s Hideaway topped it off.

Pros: Great location and lots of room for us all. Had all we needed and very comfortable. Hosts really accommodating as we arrived early and left late they were happy to hold our luggage so we could still enjoy the day.

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like. Lock on the white door was loose and I was worried the handle may come off. The girls also would have like another mirror or a longer one.

Pros: Very well located in the small street not far from many city attractions. The apartment is quite good, clean and with all basic supply; it corresponds to the description on the booking.com website. However we did not stay a lot inside, as our goal was to visit Amsterdam)

Cons: It would be better to have additional small towels for face and hands, but it was not a big problem for us.

Short but very enjoyable stay

Pros: Luna’s hideaway was a studio in a perfect location, very close to centre and bars/ restaurants. Small but spacious enough for 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids). Beds were very comfortable, place was very clean and very unique. The owners were very helpful and ready to answer any queries we had even before arriving at the property. They offered to keep our luggage after check out since our flight was late in the evening. Can’t recommend the place enough. Easy location, clean, nice area. Definitely will return back. It was a very short trip but we made some good memories. Thank you

Hidden gem in the Dam

Pros: Location is great for exploring Amsterdam. Perfect size for our family of 3 and nice cafes/bars on doorstep. Kiki and Chris were great hosts and quick with communication. Metro and tram options close by too. Highly recommend a stay here.

Cons: No cooking facilities but there are plenty of eating options nearby.

I would highly recomand the studio for the location, facilities and its one of the biggest room i found around Amsterdam

Pros: Great studio with an exceptional location, close to major attractions and the metro station. It’s spacious enough for 4 people, has excellent facilities, and is in a quiet neighborhood. The check-in process was super easy. Highly recommend!

Cons: Clening could have been way better, the sheets were clean, but the floors and bathroom could have been better, I’d rate them a 6/10.
