Great place to stay. I would love to come back again!

Pros: Great location, flexible self check-in / check-out, private terrace, available screen to connect laptop if needed, very comfortable bed & pillow!

Cons: The only thing which I would suggest to improve is lightning. It is not very well organized / not cozy. Maybe few smaller lamps in the living room would make it better. :)

Great apartment - would stay here again.

Pros: Great location next to a lovely park. The apartment is a short walk from the city centre, with supermarkets also close by. It’s nicely laid out, and the outdoor seating area is a great bonus. Everything felt clean and fresh, and the kitchen was well equipped.

Cons: No issues with the property.

Accommodation in Utrecht

Pros: Easy and convenient access to the property, great location, clean and neat.

Cons: Only paid TV available, no decent table in the living room (the available little tables made of cut wood have a decorative role and weren't very useful), no bedside table, no sockets at convenient places next to the bed, no central house heating- just an electric radiator which had to be operated on demand.

The duplicity in the booking house rules ensures that I would not stay here again.

Pros: Location is great, room was fine and all facilities worked properly. Apartment clean and nice.

Cons: Lock system was a bit of a pain, maybe circumstantial but was resolved quickly. There's a shocking discrepancy in house rules online vs in the printed version on-site, lots of additional rules, although thankfully we were not affected this time. One rule that is not online was that you're not allowed to have any guests in the apartment which could have been very annoying as we sometimes have local friends over when travelling but not this time. It's most annoying and unethical to have two sets of rules, one when you rent it online and the other which you only see when you arrive, that is, if you read the printed material onsite. There were other rules onsite that weren't mentioned online so be sure to ask the hosts for a copy of the quite strict onsite rules before you rent. I doubt you're bound by them but when included in there are threats to call the police if you break some of them then you'd want to be very sure that you're happy with the onsite rules.

Pros: Perfect location, quick access to the historical city center

It was great. Easy to get in and out. Comfortable and new.

Pros: Great location. Free bikes were great. Updated and hosts were very responsive. Great stay.

Cons: The touch less sink in the bathroom was very sensitive. The sink turned on and just ran while I was in the shower. It turned on every time we used the bathroom whether we wanted it on or not. You can’t do your hair or makeup without the sink turning on and just running with any movement. It was funny and annoying at the same time.

Excellent séjour dans un appartement de grande qualité de confort.

Pros: Appartement neuf et spacieux apportant un très grand confort moderne. Très bonnes installations de salle de bains et de cuisine. TV grand écran et écran PC disponible. Très bonne situation géographique par sa proximité du centre ville mais sans les inconvénients de circulation et de parking. Très bon accueil des hôtes avec de nombreux échanges amicaux en amont du séjour pour nous présenter l'appartement et les modalités d'accès.

Cons: Seulement 2 tout petit détails : TV grand écran avec de très nombreuses chaînes et tous les réseaux de diffusion disponibles mais nous n'avons su nous connecter aux chaînes locales néerlandaises :-) . Des points d'accroche supplémentaires des serviettes dans la salle de bains seraient les biens venus.

Nette Wohnung in guter Lage

Pros: Die Lage ist super. Fußläufig ist das Zentrum und der Bahnhof erreichbar. Gut ausgestattet mit Besteck, Geschirr, Gewürzen, Duschsachen sowie Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln. Außerdem gibt es noch eine Waschmaschine. Gastgeber waren freundlich und schnell erreichbar. Es gibt einen Arbeitsplatz im Schlafzimmer. Direkt vor der Wohnung ist eine Bushaltestelle und ein Park.

Cons: Es führt eine recht steile Treppe nach oben in die Wohnung. An einigen Ecken ein wenig staubig, sonst war die Wohnung an sich sauber.

Pros: Tolles, modernes Apartment. Gute Lage, Fahrrad vorhanden (5 Min ins Zentrum). Super ausgestattet (grundlegende Dinge wie Salz, Backpapier waren vorhanden, auch Kaffee wurde ausreichend zur Verfügung gestellt (Kapselmaschine). WLAN etwas langsam bzw. keine so starke Verbindung (zumindest im Wohnzimmer), ansonsten würde mir wirklich nichts Negatives einfallen!

Würde ich definitiv weiterempfehlen. Ankunft sehr unkompliziert gewesen und die Wohnung war sehr schön

Pros: Es war sehr zentral und die Wohnung war schön und schlicht eingerichtet. Alles was man gebraucht hat war da. Bei gutem Wetter war die Terrasse echt perfekt

Cons: Parkplätze waren sehr teuer, bei offenem Fenster schlafen war manchmal etwas schwierig wenn es draußen laut war hat es geschallt
