Worth the money

Pros: The apartment is very modern and clean. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen a lot. The beds were comfy too and it was very quiet at night. The shower was a bit on the small side, but functional. Staff were friendly and all the communication went smoothly.

Cons: The apartment was very warm and we couldn’t figure out how to lower the temperature of the heating system. It was possible to open a window, though, so it helped a little. The apartment could use a little fixing here and there - the fridge wasn’t properly attached to the wall/closet and the faucets were loose. But overall, a great and safe place to stay for a few nights!

Easy, comfortable, would definitely recommend for a short stay! :)

Pros: Easy to find, close to the center of Utrecht, the studio was spotless, good shower. The heating was very efficient on the cold days. :)

Cons: Not very important but a few more plates and mugs would have been welcome.

Pros: The room was clean, tidy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The electronic lock is very convenient as long as you have a phone. You don’t have to worry about forgetting your keys.

Pros: A wonderful stay! The apartment is spacious, spotless, and features a well-equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed. We loved the balcony overlooking the quiet courtyard. The location is perfect—peaceful yet close to the center, with everything within walking distance. Great for walks in the neighborhood and along the river!

Fabulous place to stay. Highly recommend.

Pros: Lovely room with a comfortable couch and another comfy chair. Beds were great. Bedroom and bathroom were small but adequate and very clean. Plenty of room in wardrobe to unpack cases and they could be stored behind couch or under bed so you’re not working around them. Very close to the centre of Utrecht and old part of town. There are so many cafes nearby and also a grocery store a short walk away. It was a bonus having access to a washing machine which works with an app so you know when the cycle is finished. Cooking facilities were great. No microwave but we didn’t need it.

Pros: Fabulous apartment in great location. Loved looking over the canal from the first floor. Comfortable lounge and cosy. The staff are so friendly & attentive.

Cons: Our bed was so close to the wall we couldn’t walk around it. When you’re 66 it’s a bit hard climbing over the husband to go to loo through the night! 😊 but we managed!

Great stay in Utrecht

Pros: Location is fenomenal, the appartment was generally great, commucation with the staff was smooth. I would also consider this appartment for a longer stay (e.g. for a month) as it has everyting you need to live comfortably.

Cons: I wish the bedroom and bathroom had a better ventilation. But for 3-4 nights it was okay. Also bit pricey - but on the other hand every accomodation in Utrecht is rather pricey.

Defo be back

Pros: Great location in a quiet neighbour.with bars shops restaurants and great transport links all in a ten minute stroll

Pros: The staff were extremely helpful. We had booked a twin but were given a double. They said the twins were all booked up but they moved us to a room with a sofa bed as well which was perfect. Apartment was in a fantastic location, it was clean and comfortable and well appointed.

Cons: It was a little bit noisy occasionally with other guests particularly above us. It was also a bit too warm in the room which waz a bit difficult to regulate. The bathroom was tiny!!

A comfortable stay in a spacious immaculate flat in a superb part of town.

Pros: The location of these flats was superb - so easy to walk to everywhere in Utrecht and situated in a beautiful quiet part of the town. The flat was spacious, immaculate and comfortable, with all amenities one would need on a short stay including kitchenware and ample towels. The arrival process was easy - I rang the reception half an hour before my arrival and the staff let me in on arrival to collect my keys - which were available online as well as a physical card. This online key was super efficient and easy to use, controlling both the main front door and flat door.

Cons: Nothing!
