Nice and finely furnished one bedroom flat in a nice and cozy area of Utrecht. Everything is close.

Pros: Nice small one bedroom flat, finely furnished; nice area at a walk distance from the Unviersity and the heart of Utrecht. The area is quiet and lovely. Landlord is very polite and discrete. The little dog is amazing.

Cons: I suggest to place a microwave oven, just a small one may help to heat up a soup.

Pros: Very well appointed and comfortable. Clean and tasteful. The host was attentive and helpful. Lovely neighbourhood just outside the old town.

Cons: In winter the walk to to old town can be challenging

The best studio in Utrecht! 👌🏼

Pros: Everything about this place was perfect! The host was so helpful and great at communicating all details about the property. I loved the location: peaceful and a short walk from the center of Utrecht. The property is beautiful and one of the best beds I’ve ever slept in!!! Lovely selection of teas and coffees, and very much enjoyed having our morning coffee out in the private garden! I hope to visit Utrecht again and if I do this will be the place I stay ❤️

Pros: We liked everything. The studio was clean, nice, and welcoming. The Arijan was very kind. The location was super central, close to the city center and near a supermarket. Everything was perfect

Pros: The stay was incredibly comfortable, and the room was perfect for two people. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and the street was quiet - perfect for a nice rest after a long day! The host was extremely accommodating and really helped us out, responding quickly. It made the week-long stay in Utrecht amazing. The location is also convenient, and the town was quaint and lovely! Definitely recommend staying here.

Nice little apartment in a great neighborhood

Pros: The apartment is in a quiet little street with very easy walking access to the city centre. Lots of cafes and supermarkets nearby too Our host Arjan was extremely helpful, the apartment is spotlessly clean and well appointed It's a very nice place to spend a few days

Pros: My plans on arrival date were changed and it was super helpful that Arjan allowed to do an early check-in. Much appreciated! All in all - great location, very clean / cozy apartment, I would love to come back!
