Great apartment: perfect location, well appointed, lovely thoughtful hosts.

Pros: Location is superb: only 10 minutes’ walk from the city centre. The apartment is very well appointed (coffee machine with pods, toaster, kettle, en-suite shower room for each bedroom etc) and clean and tidy. Nice, quiet neighbourhood, and supermarket right next door. Great guest information booklet with lots of suggestions for trips, food etc. - loved the different sections eg. family, foodie, student. So helpful! Very thoughtful hosts.

Cons: Nothing - it was all perfect! There’s no microwave which may inconvenience other guests, but it wasn’t a problem for us.

Pros: Lovely decor, well equipped, great location. Spacious main living area, generous supply of coffee and tea, nice toiletries. Welcome pack had lots of useful information and the owner was more than happy to answer questions in preparation for our holiday. A short walk to the canals and attractions of this wonderful city.

Great place to stay for a city or business trip to Utrecht

Pros: The apartment is very nice and in a good location to walk to the city center or in our case the conference center Jaarbeurs. The kitchen is really well equipped, also with the necessary supplies as salt, sugar, oil. The owners are very friendly and uncomplicated.

Parfait pour se reposer au calme.

Pros: Extrêmement calme, un vrai plaisir pour permettre de dormir et se reposer. On s’y sent aussi très bien.

Cons: Un appartement agréable et confortable mais très sombre malgré tout. Les photos ne reflètent tout de même pas l’exacte réalité, le canapé n’étant plus du tout le même (quand bien même le nouveau est très confortable). Les murs mériteraient tout de même d’être rafraîchis et la partie « coin bébé » de la chambre parentale n’est pas très optimal avec le puit de lumière pas propre et des plantes qui poussent à l’intérieur du vasistas. Il manque aussi des casseroles et de l’équipement de cuisine pour une famille de 4 (une seule poêle et une seule grande casserole, ce n’est pas assez…)
