Wonderful studio apartment

Pros: A well-appointed, tastefully decorated and very comfortable apartment in a super quiet neighbourhood.

Cons: I found the bathroom a bit too cold. A towel heater would have been nice.

Pros: Location was ideal, a quiet area only about 10 minutes walk to the centre. The apartment was immaculate, very homely and spacious enough for a family of four- the hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The lock on the toilet door didn't work well- just a caution for elderly or very young children, the stairs were steep, and lead straight from the landing near the bathroom- however the hosts had a small safety gate that could be put over the gap, although this wasn't that high. Pillows sunk a bit, slightly firmer preferable.

Pros: The property is spacious and clean. It is well located and the hosts are attentive. There is a nice garden area and bikes can be stored here.

Brilliant apartment in a fantastic city

Pros: Fantastic location just 10 mins walk from the center but lots to do immediately around the apartment as well. Hosts were fantastic, lovely people and very welcoming.

Very enjoyable, great quiet location for Leiden centre.

Pros: Quietly located a stones throw from the botanic garden and canals. Nice little private courtyard garden well suited to a sunny breakfast. 15 minute walk into Leiden centre with many attractive route options. Warm welcome from the owner on arrival.

Cons: We didn’t not like them, but It’s a steep set of stairs up if you are in any way infirm or unsteady. But if you’re careful it’s fine.

Pros: Very nice place in an historical building very close to the center and in a lovely neighbourhood. The apartment was very well furnished. Very nice hosts.

Ideal for my conference

Pros: location suited me as close to Rappenburg and the university. It does lack cafes etc for breakfast, as many were not open early.
