Well worth the stay. Perfect location for a beautiful area
Pros: Amazing room in the annex. Walking distance to the windmills. Lovely area. Spar supermarket across the street. Train station is less than 10 mins walk

Lovely large room, enjoyed the location, for ease of sight-seeing. Room was very modern, well equipped & clean.
Pros: Lovely & clean, excellent location for what we wanted to do.
Cons: The bed was 2 singles put together & not a double so kept getting a gap in the mattress topper making it uncomfortable. Also feel room location, above the patio has the potential to be noisy at busy times.

Pros: Very clean and quiet room. Excellent bathroom. Entering via their mobile app is excellent. The bed is fabulous and the river view with the Dutch windmills is a very nice bonus. Spar supermarket just opposite of the street so very convenient.

Pros: There is no reception desk, but you get the key code before your check-in time. It was easy and quick. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is very convenient if you want to visit Zaanse Schans. It is just a nice short walk.

Pros: The check-in in by email. We got the room key and the main door key by email. So there is no card. the door open by mobile. The room size was large.
Cons: No reception. If you didn't got the keys by email you have to do it by the computer near the door from inside. I saw some people having a difficulty to it.

Great location and room was comfortable.
Pros: We loved the location but check in was a bit confusing if you were busy travelling and hadn’t checked emails. It was a digital code to get in at first and card key was in your room. Never seen anyone at reception the whole stay. Bathroom was spotless but the walls in bedroom were a bit scuffed and under the bed hadn’t been cleaned. There is a little store, bakery and pub across the road.

Lovely property located in a beautiful quaint area of Zanse Schans.
Pros: Lovely views from the room, the room itself was comfortable and clean, with fresh towels provided every day. Digital hotel therefore, no physical key card and everything was on my phone. There is a Spar shop located opposite the hotel and a big supermarket located 10/15 minute walk away. Zanse Schans windmill village was a short 5 minute walk across the bridge. The train station Zaandijk Zanse Schans, was 10 minute walk away and provided direct Sprinters into Amsterdam Central every 30 minutes. The room came with amenities and a smart TV, with apps like Netflix and YouTube already installed. Lovely sized bed and comfortable to sleep in. Food from the cafe was lovely and reasonably priced, and the mini fridge within the room was big enough to store food bought elsewhere. Air-conditioning unit within the room which worked brilliantly both providing heat and cooling. Plenty of plug sockets around the room, as well as direct USB slots into the wall at the desk area.
Cons: The cafe/restaurant below the hotel was lovely however only open for 6 hours in the middle of the day, meaning not an option for dinner. Breakfast was included however not what was expected, no breakfast options just a brown paper bag of sandwiches, water and an apple provided each day, no option to pick a breakfast and too much food given. The 24/7 pizza dispenser that was outside the main entrance did not work for the entire duration of our stay. During the opening hours of the cafe it can get quite noisy as the room was located directly above the outdoor seating area therefore we kept the window shut.
