Pros: - Clean and spacious rooms - Excellent and comfortable bed - Relaxing whirlpool bath - Friendly and helpful staff - Large TV with all necessary streaming apps - Cheap & big parking

Cons: - No water included with the room service menu - No vending machine - Bathtub was dirty upon arrival - Found a lot of hair between the fresh towels - No waste bin in the toilet Overall, the hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, a few small issues prevented it from being a perfect 10, especially the fact that it was not possible to buy water anywhere in the hotel during the evening (possible most hotels) or hair/bath issue.

Pros: The staff members were very kind and patient, Especially Shaniz- in which helped us with changing rooms due to our criteria (of need due to disability) Breakfast had wide varieties to eat from for anyone, and very delicious, been there for 6 days and the options were never boring! The parking is underground in which was very comfortable in rainy days, and cheap.

Cons: Bed was a little soft, but is induvial per person.

Pros: Excellent reception staff. Very helpful and helped make our Motorcycle parking easier. Fantasically spacious room. Loved the air con and spa bath in the room.

Cons: Nothing. We used an Uber into the centre for less than 20 Euro each way.

Wonderful experience

Pros: Amazing views through large windows in high floor, wonderful swimming pool with amazing views through the large windows, beautiful ceiling in the swimming pool (attached picture) which was wonderful to see while swimming on back, swimming pool long opening hours, comfortable bed, very good breakfast, very clean, ironing board, large towels in swimming pool, easy reach by public transport, boardrooms for business meetings with free non alcoholic drinks and coffee, good restaurant.

Cons: Toilet in separate room to the bathroom, too expensive breakfast, far from touristic area

Pros: Welcoming people. Very nice decoration. Confortable well equiped room. Plenty of varied food for breakfast. Ideal location with a bus station next door that drops you on the city center. Underground parking possible. I have never been disappointed by a VDV hotel.

Great luxury hotel with easy access to city centre

Pros: The beds were great, the room spacious &clean. Wellness was good with long opening hours. The food is excellent (breakfast is abundant, fresh, good quality,… & also restaurant food all delicious). Interior looks wonderful with many details to discover (the children’s toilet, the movie in the elevator,…) Convenient to park car in underground and take any of the frequent buses into the city. Staff were all super helpfull.

Cons: Despite having paid for a deluxe room there was no bottle of water, no slippers, and the hair dryer could’ve been a better one.

Pros: What a fantastic hotel! The staff were excellent and the food exceptional. Lovely room and spacious. Would definitely stay again!

Great hotel in central Holland with great views and beautiful swimming and wellness facilities!

Pros: Close proximity to motorways and central in Holland, swimming pool and sauna on top floor a real bonus. Breakfast and dinner very good! Underground secure car park very helpful.

Cons: Whilst it is quite a new hotel, in some places the wear and tear is beginning to show.
