Pros: Great facilities and dinner at Flora is very delicious

Cons: The breakfast is over priced - 45 euros for me and my 12 year old son is excessive, so we skipped! Staff could be warmer / more friendly.

Pros: On the evening I checked in the female receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful especially when I asked for an alternative roon with a better view. The hotel is very comfortable, the room overlooking the golf course was beautiful, the facilities (swimming pool and sauna) were great.

Comfortable hotel in the hoods with Spa

Pros: Location, breakfast and very nice staff. Pool and Spa were nice spaces, but could be improved.

Cons: The swimming pool was not cleaned on a daily basis, we could see some floating ’things’. The hotel was fully booked and the cleaning of the pool should have been increased. The cleaning of the Spa and all the other spaces in the swimming area were very good. Same applies to the rooms. The swimming area and spa are very good, but it ca become very busy at times, if the hotel is fully booked.

King room with a good view (but the smell...)

Pros: Good bed, especially the blanket. The best coffee ☕ Nice design of the room. Cozy. Tasty croissants. Professional stuff. Reacties to My previous feedback and now there are spoons for coffee at the breakfast area.

Cons: In the evening in the bathroom it smelled of toilet plumbing system (all the dirty water smell). The big vase on the table was sooo dusty inside... I wrote a message on the day of arrival around 2 p.m. and we arrived after 9 p.m. and message was still not read by stuff...

Pros: The pool was excellent and easy to use from our room. Breakfast great. Quiet.

Cons: Given the location away from the nearest town, a courtesy vehicle /bus to get into town other than a bike would have been appreciated.

Pros: Very friendly and professonal personal throughout the whole resort

Cons: - The balconies, they are totally not in an inviting state to spend some time there. Honestly they look horrible and definately need a complete makeover because of the overall bad state it is in. Especially the moving cement bricks on the floor is an absolute no go. - There is a very distinct muffy smell throughout all the hallways plus ellivator, the carpet definately need some shampoo cleaning.
