Lovely but location took away from it.

Pros: The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the room was really clean

Cons: The fact that there is a drug clinic behind it. It was scary and was very uncomfortable coming back to the hotel and leaving. It also made me nervous about security

Pros: Great location right in the center of the city. The breakfast was excellent. Room was very comfortable.

Pros: Comfortable bed, clean , spacious. Beautiful and well located, very easy to get to Utrecht central station.

Cons: There was no heat when I arrived, I had to figure it out and call the reception, there was no shampoo/soap/cream left in the containers in the bathroom.
