100% would recommend and stay again.

Pros: The breakfast selection was great for all diners and the area was perfect for access to the arena.

Cons: Nothing. It was a great spot to stay for a city break.

Pros: Location is great, staff is helpful and friendly, breakfast is good, modern interior, the room is clean and facilities in the room is great (tv, coffee, iron and ironing bord, hair dryer)

Cons: Don't know how to adjust the temperature in the room and the blanket/comforter is on the thin side. But these are not problems. I could have asked the staff, but i didn't. Maybe a discount deal for hotel customers for parking?

Great location, shame about the breakfast area.

Pros: Comfortable rooms. Hotel location was ideal, beside the train station and inside a shopping mall.

Cons: Breakfast serving facilities and seating were limited, resulting in overcrowding and queuing for food.

Pros: The breakfast was varied, clean and much choice and kind friendly staff. The location is super super for Winter weather, especially if you are traveling to Utrecht via train or visiting the Jaarsbeurs expo centre as its very close to both. The hotel is within the shopping centre.

ok, but best for singles rather than couples.

Pros: Location was very central (in the shopping mall), but not so easy to find. The breakfast was good, including waffle-making facilities

Cons: The separation between the bathroom and the bedroom was very poor - just a sliding door with frosted glass and no sound insulation.

Pros: Excellent location, breakfast plentiful, common areas very spacious, staff extremely friendly and helpful, room large with all the necessary amenities. Excellent.

Pros: Nice and comfortable room, with a kettle, coffee and tea. Very good breakfast included. 5 min walking to the Central station. The hotel entrance is inside a big shopping mall, which has advantages (shops and supermarket very close) and disadvantages.

Cons: The hotel entrance is inside a shopping mall, in floor 1, and reception in floor 3, reached by elevator. Although I had no problem because I knew it in advance, the entrance could not be so easy to find and somewhat confusing and unsafe, especially if you arrive late, after the shops closing.

Pros: Very unique hotel as it’s located in the mall! We were checked in earlier as the room was ready,staff all very friendly and helpful,and the breakfast was delicious,would definitely book this hotel again😊

Cons: Milk for tea and coffee in the rooms
