A relaxing and enjoyable retreat I needed

Pros: Food, room, and all other offers, like the swimming pool

Cons: Sometimes a nasty sewage smell came from the bathroom.

It's the second time we've stayed and we will be back again.

Pros: The rooms are great. Beds are comfy. Facilities perfect. Meals lovely. Breakfast superb plus we can make a couple of sandwiches to take with us.

An exceptional Hotel

Pros: An exceptional stay at this really nice hotel. Staff were excellent going well beyond our needs and cant praise them enough especially the Restaurant manager.

Pros: Very confortable bedroom in general, nice restaurant and skybar.

Cons: The waiter made a mistake on the bill and we paid erroneously the bill for another table which was double price. When we figured out the mistake, the waiter didn't even apology and we had to write an e mail to the hotel to be refunded. The restaurant (mainly the tables and seats) could be cleaner..

We loved this hotel and will definitely be back next tulip season!

Pros: This hotel was incredible! Staff was helpful and friendly, the common areas were tastefully decorated and elegant. We loved the wellness area and pool, and the meals (dinner and buffet breakfast) were incredible! My son also loved the kids play area during dinner. There is an outdoor bike shed (locked) for bike storage, and views from the top floor are fab. Lots of parking, and pretty walking/cycling tracks around. We also loved the closeness to the airplane museum.

Cons: The location looks out to a main motorway, however there was no sound from the road and other views out the windows were to green forested areas. In the room we were given, the toilet is separate from the bathroom on the other side of the hotel room, so you'd have to walk down a small hall and around the bed to wash your hands. The shower room also didn't have a door, so those would be two design features I'd change. I believe our meal was not inputted properly into the kitchen for dinner, as we waited over an hour for food, not ideal with a child! The waitress apologised, but a discount on the food would have been a nice touch.

Very Pleasant

Pros: Close to airport, nice big room, good wifi, food and service in the restaurant was excellent. Very cool roof top bar serving cocktails.

Cons: Didn't like having two single beds pushed together with two single duvets. Uncomfortable.

Perfect every time! Can’t fault :)

Pros: We have stayed in this hotel 3-4 times now and never lets us down. Clean, modern and staff are very accommodating. We have stayed with our two young children too and the small children’s play room in the restaurant is great and allowed us to have a stress free meal in the evenings. Food is perfect, great small shop in reception perfect for late night snacks too. Pool and spa facilities are clean.

Pros: I enjoy the decoration, the view, everything was clean, perfect.

Cons: The rooms needed lamp light or small lights.

Good hotel, great staff, good location

Pros: Breakfast is very varied and good. Location is good close to the motorway (you can't hear it from the room though). Plenty of parking and when you have registered the numberplate it is very straightforward to come and go without any hassle (I stayed for 3 nights and was constantly leaving/arriving). The room was clean and go good size. Wifi is good and free and does not require registration.

Cons: The mattress was too soft for my liking and the WC has a sensor for the light which you cannot turn off, so if you need to go to the WC in the middle of the night there is no avoiding the light coming on.

Lovely hotel, would stay again / recommend

Pros: Lovely hotel, outside is deceptive it’s so much nicer inside

Cons: It was a little further out from where we needed to be but that is all
