Perfect stay, perfect facilities

Pros: Everything. The room was big, clean and silent. The gym is very complete. The breakfast and restaurant food was tasty and fresh, plenty of variety.

Very comfortable hotel for a leisure break or business stay.

Pros: Plenty of choice at breakfast and all fresh food. The tables were tidied and cleared quickly so there was never a shortage of clean tables available.

Cons: There were used towels in the corridor's that guests had left on the floor on a couple of occasions which could have been taken away sooner than they were.

A relaxing and comfortable stay due to the friendly and efficient staff

Pros: Good communication by email and WhatsApp, friendly check in, spacious inviting lobby bar, huge bedroom with very comfortable bed. Aircon/heating was set at a perfect level, kettle and coffee maker, fridge all there for use. Lots of storage, nice view over the river and well sound proofed with dark curtains for a peaceful night's sleep. We ate in the restaurant twice and enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. The pool although small is worth a visit. There are e bikes to hire which allowed us to access Almere Centre. Ubers readily available if required.

Cons: We perhaps didn't realise that it was quite a walk to the centre but that was our fault for not researching. I would still stay there again but be aware that taxi/bus is needed.

Pros: The pool and gym!! Although someone from staff should be there to check the kids (especially during summer holidays), throwing chairs into the pool shouldn’t be accepted

Pros: Everything very nice! The food in general was very good! The hotel is located in a nice place!

Pros: We had a great stay. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean and it was a great size.

Cons: Someone had been smoking on the ground floor and the hallway smelled of smoke. The bathroom smelled a bit on the second day.

Wonderful hotel

Pros: The beds were comfortable. There were adequate available towels. It wasn't loud even being on the first floor. The pool area was relaxing and clean.

Cons: The breakfast was quite expensive.
