Pros: Location of hotel is great. Friendly staff at the reception.

Cons: Fridge and wardrobe would make stay more comfortable.

Pros: Room amenities were good enough. Location is very convenient, the breakfast was good and the staff were very much helpful with all friendly and supportive , they have immediately provided additional heater for the room💜

Mismatch between aesthetics and ergonomics

Pros: Location, room size. Exterior and interior design. Direct access to the underground parking and the next-door brewery. Waterfront view from half of the rooms.

Cons: Not well thought out in terms of the ergonomic design of the room - lack of wall sockets near the bed, lack of hangers and hooks for clothes, poor and weirdly distributed room lighting. Dark bathroom. Noisy fancoil. Uncomfortable pillows (all four are different) and worn mattresses.

I am satisfied with my stay at hotel

Pros: Big room with big bed and a lot of space , bath is big plus not only shower , nice personel reception , nice view but window was so small like for office

Cons: Very rude supervisor from housekeeping- she enter my room without even asking if she can , they told me I need to leave my room when they will be cleaning — after cleaning - floor wasn’t clean , glass was dirty as it was, my things was throw up from bathroom , a lot of dust left - they come at 3:30 pm to clean my room - very late telling me they need to clean first check in ( maybe that’s why you need to leave the room to not see how they are cleaning the room ) - I stayed 4 nights and room wasn’t clean properly for 1 time ( only one time ) and you need to order cleaning before 10 am for next day - cleaning need to be better for sure because rooms are nice and modern but not so clean

Values for money

Pros: Coffee machine, interior design, and a luxurious feel inside the rooms.

Cons: The way it is set up for a double bed, and if it can provide one bedside of the drawer for each side of the bed, would be great.

Pros: Breakfast was very good. The room was spacious, very clean, and well appointed.

Cons: One of the 2 lifts was down from when we arrived to when we left 2 days later. Maybe not the hotels fault, but it made waiting times for the lift unnecessarily long. The restaurant was not open for private bookings on saturday night, but this was not communicated anywhere.

Short stay.

Pros: Location. 2nd time we stayed as it's near where my family lives.

Cons: Everything especially the pub. Good beers 🤪

Enjoyable stay, helpful staff.

Pros: Staff exceptionally helpful, especially Thimo and the young lady who checked me in.

Cons: Nothing really.

Great for a couple of nights stay to do Beatrix Park Parkrun and cycle holiday.

Pros: Nice decor, comfortable room and friendly staff with central location.

Cons: A bit noisey from outside at night.
