Pros: I don’t get the negative reviews, probably from different apartments in the same building. I had the premium studio and it was beautiful, decently clean, big, in the very center of Haarlem.

Cons: I found a few objects around and under the bed so they could probably improve on that aspect a little

Comfortable stay in a lovely location in Haarlem’s city centre

Pros: Nice high ceilings, comfortable beds, lots of space. Great location, in the middle of the city centre but actually very quiet once inside the apartment. Complementary coffee and tea were nice to have in the morning.

Cons: We had some issues with the key, but they were resolved quickly. The staff on the phone were great, and offered us compensation for the inconvenience caused, which we were happy to accept.

Pros: A centrally located studio with comfortable beds (including additional camp bed with a proper mattress instead of a sofa bed!), great shower and small kitchen. Simple but relaxing.

Great location, clean and bright.

Pros: The location was great in terms of access to restaurants, sites, and transportation. There is a great coffee place right next door and lots of bakeries within a block or two. The unit was clean and well stocked.

Cons: The one challenging thing with the location is the pub across the street as the weekend noise from its patrons carried down to the bedroom. During weeknights it was not a problem. There were a lot of steep stairs that could be challenging for some folks.

Pros: Great central location, but quiet nevertheless, even over Kings Day when the country goes crazy. Very nice room, high ceilings, easy access. Very close to shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Easy access to good public transport. Ground floor room with windows onto the pathway outside, but still private.

Cons: Cooking facilities really only comprised an electric kettle, coffee machine and a microwave. No hobs for cooking. I would suggest there is a need for better information regarding heat/ac system.

Great place to stay in a lovely town!

Pros: Large space which was great to spread out in. Bathroom was lovely and a great shower! Lovely area and quiet, once our noisy neighbours left (thank you for helping us sort that out so fast).

Cons: Only thing was no windows to let in fresh air. They are sealed closed.

Pros: A great little apartment right in the heart of Haarlem. Could not be in a nicer area. Nicely decorated, well equipped kitchenette and super comfy bed. Excellent value for money when compared to other accommodation options in the area. Would stay again in a heart beat. Would be good to have body wash and shampoo in the bathroom

Good but not perfect

Pros: Room very comfortable. Very good location in the city center

Cons: Express to the coffee doesn't work. Problem with hot water in the bathroom at the morning. Air conditioning all the time working, so it's a little cold in the bedroom unfortunately

Great price great location and a comfortable stay

Pros: Excellent location, wonderful town worth visiting. The beds where 2 singles put together- facilities where good could of done with a toaster

Cons: The lighting in lounge
