Unique, witty, warm and relaxed

Pros: This a unique, witty place to stay offering a very comfortable bed, warm rooms and great coffee is the ideal place for those looking for authentic Amsterdam. Yes there is a little noise upstairs for half an hour in the morning, the entrance is full of stuff but it’s a working building with large rooms full of light and atmosphere, we loved it and felt at home.

Cons: Being picky, a door handle came off in my hand but ha-ho a war started while we were there so I’m not going to cry over that.

Cool vibe.

Pros: Very interesting vibe. There is a shared kitchen which comes as a bonus, if you'd like to cook something. Bed vas clean and comfy. Location is good - I think it was ~7min walk to the ferry which is free of charge and goes every few minutes. Ferry takes you accross the canal and you're in the center in 5min. And it was a good size room!

Cons: I did not mind at all, but for those who struggle with stairs - this place also has the traditional Amsterdam high stair climb 😁

Pros: Room looks like in pictures. Its big, cozy, vintage. I really like it. Lady who gave us keys was very nice, in room was book with important informations which helped a lot. There is everything you need. Big plus- very near to ferry, then to central station. I like fact that it was near everywhere but it was calm and quiet neighborhood.

Pros: Clean, spacious, handy to have access to a communal kitchen

Cons: There’s nobody for the checkout

Pros: Very cozy, and the kitchen + ustensiles were very practical for me to cook a few meals.

Pros: If you want a corporate hotel luxury, avoid this place. If you like a spacious room with a vibe that is simultaneously home-y and arty and if you like a really Dutch neighbourhood with great views across the water, this is the place to go.

A quiet spacious place near Amsterdam central station.

Pros: So, for the money, it is good value. Below is a nice restaurant. There is a kitchen with all utensils. The room was clean. The bed was fine. The toilet and shower were okay. Remember you have to wait a bit before warm water kicks in. This is everywhere in old Amsterdam houses. At night it was dead quiet. In the morning a child was running above our heads - one floor up. But the location is fine, the room spacious and if you want, you may cook there, there is a fridge, free coffee and tea and what not. A nice place, no luxury, but for the money good value.

Cons: We were there in the summer, but noticed the windows only have one glass. Perhaps a bit cold in the winter months?

Pros: Quirky art and 60s-70s design. Big rooms. Comfortable. Good shower. Very nice staff. Quiet cool neighbourhood.

Pros: Such a nice place, I'm glad to come back.Nice staff, good beds.
