Good but quite basic place to stay near Noord

Pros: Perfect location for me as very close to where friends live. Modern room, nice wide bed

Cons: Room only has coffee making facilities so take your own teabags! Only offers basic toiletries in the bathroom (no shampoo or body lotion)

Pros: The staff was nice and polite and everything was in order.

Pros: The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful—not only with issues related to the room but also with other questions we had. The location is convenient: about a 12-minute walk from the metro station, which made it easy to get around. There are also several shops and places to eat near the metro. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay! The room had everything we needed, including a mini fridge, which was especially useful since we were traveling with a small child—something many hotels don’t offer anymore. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee in the room. Within 1 week we had every day changed towels, new coffee tablets, some small cleaning to stay every day comfortable.

Cons: However, there were some downsides. The hotel is a bit outdated, and the sinks in the room are very narrow—brushing your teeth is not very comfortable. Sound insulation from the corridor could be better; although the corridors were quiet during our stay, we could still hear some noise from outside the room. The most frustrating part was the communication: it’s nearly impossible to reach the hotel by phone or message, which was a real issue. There are many hotels in the city with nearly identical names and photos (only the last word in the name is different), and we accidentally booked a location in the north of the city instead of the center because of this confusion on Booking.com. Since we couldn't contact the hotel, we weren’t able to resolve the issue or get any compensation. Even when ordering food delivery to our room, the couriers ended up at the wrong hotel across town. Make sure to double-check the exact name and location before booking! Also, hotel website offered much-much cheaper room prices than here. Tadaaaaaa!

Pros: bed was comfortable and coffee good. evening meal excellent too

Cons: breakfast was disappointing. these cheese was very dry and had obviously been out on the table for ages. not much choice for the money we paid 😞

Pros: The property was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, and the host was friendly and helpful. I especially liked the peaceful surroundings and the cozy interior.

Pros: Very good value for money with an impeccable service. Breakfast and dinner were both satisfying with various options .

Cons: Dinner for two was a little pricey .

Good value for money

Pros: Really good location, about 15/20 minute walk from the Nord Metro Station , great facilities, easily accessible by taxi! Rooms were decent couldn’t complain to be honest

Cons: When we got there the lady on front desk was not very welcoming and seemed a bit moody, also checkin was very late

Perfect place for me and my son to stay for 2 nights whilst exploring Amsterdam

Pros: Huge tv in the room with ability to chrome cast from our phones to the tv screen, very comfortable beds and the a/c was great. Staff were so helpful with booking a taxi for us when it was heavily raining and we couldn’t walk

Cons: Quite a long walk from the ferry port, but I’m sure that public transport was available we just chose to walk 30 mins

Would book my next vacation there at the hotel again

Pros: Everything was fine the staff was very nice and always friendly
