A great combination of relaxation and city fun.

Pros: The hosts are incredibly helpful before and during my stay. The location is so peaceful and the balcony overlooking the garden and water is fantastic. Super easy by train to Amsterdam city. I loved every day spent there.

Cons: After a long day, walking from the train to the Tiny House felt hard (only 10-15 min) but it is worth it for the peace and quiet. Everything else was great.

Pros: Was great place good position Right on canal We should have called to get directions as Google maps sent us on a 1.1 k walk when is about 600 metres from Station

Pros: The location is good and cosy. 15 min by train and you are in Amsterdam. The city itself is beautiful. The house owner is friendly and welcoming. All the needed facilities are in the house. We’ve stayed in a small wooden house.

Cons: Not didn’t like, but a thing to consider for other people. To get to the house you need to use a ladder, and to get to the bedroom you also use a ladder. For me, that was not a problem.

An incredibly nice stay in a magical location !

Pros: I liked the location, it's located near the train station and the city center of the exceptionally beautiful Zaandam suburb. But above all, I loved the hosts, Bianca and Eric: Welcoming, lovely, always seeking to help in every way. I felt at home and can't thank them enough ! Nice ! .

We had a wonderful first visit to Amsterdam. Our hosts were the best.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The house is lovely and location is right on the canal. We took the train from Amsterdam Central to Zaadam Station and it was an easy 7 minute walk to the house. Our hosts were charming and warm. They gave us many good tips about Amsterdam. We also liked staying there because it was a quiet retreat away from busy downtown.

Must stay if your in the area.

Pros: Beautiful home. Felt like staying away with family. Eric and Bianca both beautiful people. Error made when booking for myself with no guest. But still accomodated by Bianca on arrival. Very lovely home in beautiful spot. Not included in the price but was also offered a breakfast by Bianca. Hospitality was first class. 10 minute walk to train station so could commute to amsterdam centraal very easy. If you are planning on staying in the area. Would highly recommend staying here.

Pros: Location was ideal, facilities were great and the hosts were accommodating and helpful

Cons: Small point, may be a good idea to inform guests beforehand about the stairs to the loft. They are narrow and may be difficult for elder or less nimble guests. Not a problem for us though. Also, some updated photos on the booking site would be a good idea. Though the accommodation was even better than it looked on there!

Cozy place in the calmness of the countryside, but only 15 minutes away from Amsterdam.

Pros: We stayed at Bianca and Eric’s for 3 nights and loved it. Their spaces are cozy and clean, and they provide all that’s needed for a great stay. Above all else, their hospitality is remarkable. Highly suggest all to visit their place!

Pros: We had the chance to stay in the seperate little house next to the main one and it was GREAT. You have everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. Although the house is pretty small, it’s very cozy and it doesn’t feel like you’re cramped up. There’s also a balcony which is quite enjoyable if it’s not windy.

Pros: Upgrade was welcome, allowing me the privacy of my own self-contained quarters with kitchen, lounge. and outdoor area next to a water channel, all well appointed and maintained. Good location, just a few minutes from the rail station, and quiet. Owners very friendly, helpful and flexible on check out timing :>

Cons: Nothing really comes to mind!
