The best value for money

Pros: It was home from home we was welcomed with open ours and really made feel welcome the location was fantastic only 20 min walk from Central station , anything we need the man was always there to help and we coukdnt of asked for a better stay

Cons: Theres nothing we didnt like

Cons: Wifi password could be made apparent (didn’t find till last night - probably our fault though)

Pros: The location was amazing. Everything we needed was mainly within walking distance.

Pros: + Check-in was without problems. We received all the necessary information from the house manager + The room was big enough for Amsterdam standards, there was air conditioning, a hairdryer, towels + The street is quiet and safe

Cons: - The accommodation could be cleaner - Impossibility of later check-out or baggage storage

Pros: Amazing location, gracious host, and fun meeting other visitors to Amsterdam who stayed in the second room at the property. Very comfortable bed, too.

Cons: Bathroom sink was incredibly small and made it difficult to wash my face without spilling water. A bit noisy at night since the AC/heating unit has to connect through the window, which wasn't fully sealed.

Pros: The location was excellent, with most of central Amsterdam and anything you'd want to see being ~10 mins walk away. However, the property was nice and quiet at night, which was brilliant. The host, Lot, was very friendly and informative. With the weather being so hot we were very grateful that the room had air-con too.

Cons: Not much. We were aware of the shared bathroom and that was fine with us. This isn't the fanciest place but if you want somewhere quiet and central to stay, it does the job very well.

Pros: homely feel, Rachid was really friendly and helpful and was understanding when my flight arrived late. nice to have access to kitchen and coffee machine

Cons: a little noisy with the window open but it’s the same at any hotel in central Amsterdam. also beware of the mosquitos!

Not luxury but not bad for such a great location at a reasonable price.

Pros: Excellent location. Good value compared to other properties in central Amsterdam. Helpful host. Decent water pressure in shower. Good wifi and TV.

Cons: Squeaky floor and door. Can hear everything from the street (but luckily is a quiet street after 10-11pm). Steep narrow stairs (as is common in Amsterdam but not suitable for any mobility difficulties)
