Pros: Fantastic location within walking distance to all major attractions. The apartment is clean and cosy and great value for money. Pieter is a great host!

Pros: Amsterdam is an amazing city, and the Suite is right in the middle of it. I fell in love with this city and I will for sure be back

Great stay that felt like home

Pros: Location in a residential area, so quite quiet and far from the crowds. Lots of good food options around the property. Owner very accommodating and responsive to messages.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The location is perfect! Right next to a super cute and cozy bar and walking distance to all the centre. Very quite at night and very comfortable bed. The view onto the canal was gorgeous. Communication was very good and host was super helpful.

Pros: Lovely clean and comfortable apartment with canal view. By prior arrangement with the host, you can leave your luggage at a nearby hotel on the day of departure.

Functional room in a great location

Pros: I am a regular visitor to Amsterdam and have stayed here several times over the years. That should be recommendation enough. The apartment is in a great location - very central but in a quieter neighbourhood. There's even a great little bar on the corner. You get the practical items you might need - soap / shower gels, a small kitchenette (enough for making a breakfast but not cooking a meal), washing machine, a table to sit, a bed to sleep, small amount of hanging space for clothes. You just won't get any fancy decor or frills. If you want a clean, functional bed for the night because your days are spent elsewhere, then this is a good choice.

Cons: The room is quite basic and getting scruffy in places. That's not to say it's dirty - it's always clean - just showing signs of wear. Other properties pay attention to all the little details which you won't see here. This time for example, there was no tea towel to dry off dishes, there was a note saying drinks are complimentary but the fridge is actually empty. It's nothing major. The owner fluctuates prices from season to season and I would say the room is decent value when it's at the lower end of the scale. When prices are higher, you start expecting those little touches.

Lovely flat in great location

Pros: Great location and spacious room. It’s basically a small studio apartment with a great view. The bed was comfortable.

Cons: The toilet is tiny and next to the bed which meant that I woke up my partner when I went to the loo in the night.

Pros: Perfect location! Bed was big and comfy. There was drinks in the fridge for us upon arrival :) nice view of the canal. Couldn’t fault our stay!!

Pros: Great location, close to Tram station and within walking distance of some tourist sites. The host was very kind and asked us if we were comfortable.

Cons: There were no hand soap and body wash, also no laundry detergent if you intend to use the washing machine
