Pros: Location is great, 3 floors up from street level. It's a restaurant and late night entertainment area, so there is boisterous street level activity, but nothing a pair of ear plugs can't solve for sleeping.

Pros: Enrico the host is very helpful and is in the same building. He really went out of his way to help me during my brief stay in his apartment. The location is absolutely in the center of Amsterdam.

Cons: I stayed over a Saturday night. There are restaurants and bars all around that did not even get started until midnight. Earplugs are a must.
