Very comfortable stay in a great location.

Pros: Very good location, central, but not busy or noisy.

Cons: Everything was as expected, even the steep stairwell didn't disappoint! :D

Pleasant apartments with many positives and minor downsides. I would recommend them.

Pros: We stayed in January 2026. The apartment fully matched the description and photos. Starter supplies were provided (salt, sugar, coffee, oil), and there was even laundry detergent — very thoughtful. Thank you. The bed has a comfortable mattress. The location is convenient: close to the metro, just two stops to the Central Station or about a 25-minute walk. A supermarket is only a 3-minute walk away. The Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh Museum are about 8 minutes away on foot. Super.

Cons: The bathroom and toilet room is extension of the main old building. The toilet and bathroom is not heated. In January taking a shower was quite a challenge, as the temperature in the bathroom was around 15°C, and there was no heater or any other way to warm the room.

Would visit again imidiately

Pros: Very nice and modern,fully equiped with dishwasher,coffee,tee,sugar in the kitchen and everything you need in the bathroom

Cons: Stairs:very narrow and very steep,but there is nothing the owner can do about it

Awesome place to stay in Amsterdam

Pros: The apartment is exactly as described, the location is perfect next to the metro station and makes it ideal. It modern, clean, is well equipped, … a nice place to stay in Amsterdam!

Cozy apartment in a great location

Pros: A cozy apartment in one of the typical narrow houses of Amsterdam. The location is in a walking distance of all major sights with great connectivity through metro and trams. The apartment is suitable for two and the washing machine in the apartment is a bonus. Anyone coming with a few large suitcases should prepare themselves for a bit of a climbing :)

Pros: The neighborhood was excellent, sited right near quiet canals. It was a great place for an evening walk. Tram and metro connections were very close, and there were lots of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. In summary, it was a quiet, residential refuge right beside a vibrant urban concentration providing all the services.

Cons: All older buildings in The Netherlands have steep and narrow staircases, but be prepared. This apartment, up two flights, is not suitable for older quests or people with physical limitations or several pieces of heavy luggage, Heed the warning. I have provided a few minor observations to the property that could make a stay more enjoyable.

A good place to stay

Pros: Lovely apartment, close to art museums, and many restaurants. The hostt was very responsive to our queries. It's definitely worth a stay.

Cons: The 2 sets of stairs up to the apartment are quite steep and challenging when one has large luggage, but we got there.
