Pros: I enjoyed staying in this place. Nathalie is very wonderful and cares a lot. She is always ready to help. The room and al place is very clean and cosy. And there is a small garden where you can relax and enjoy the weather.

Exceptional B&B for the price.

Pros: Nathalie is an excellent host, who agreed for me to check in anytime after 11:15. The room is nicely cleaned, clearly been taken care of, and the bed is very comfortable to sleep on. Location is about 4 minutes away from the nearest tram station, which offers exceptional convenience for transport as well as quietness during the night (if neighbour's child is not screaming, that is). I have had some quite enjoyable conversations with Nathalie, and she have gave me some exceptionally useful recommendation for my trip. There is a cat, but there are no common problems related to these creatures, such as fur, smell, or loud meows, in the room. Anyways, this is Amsterdam, this price is very fair for any duration of short stays.

Cons: The building is, like most of that in Amsterdam, quite old, so some of the facilities might not be the best conditions one may expect but everything work as they are expected. There is a boiler (for hot water) in the room but noise is very subtle.

Amazing value for money with the nicest apartment, location and host

Pros: Beautiful apartment in a lovely and calm neighborhood. The center is just about a 25 min lovely walk. Everything was clean and perfect. The room is amazing for a solo traveler, plus it has a beautiful terrace. One of the best value for money in Amsterdam. On top of that, Nathalie was the nicest host - she gave me travel tips, kindly let me use her some small foods and even allowed me leave my luggage for a few hours after check-out as she had no bookings straight after. So glad I chose this place. Also worth mentioning a lovely cat from the owner that spends time both indoors and outdoors and mostly sleeps during the day.

Cons: I just wish it was allowed to use the gas stove for cooking. Otherwise there is the microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. (I was there during some very warm days so I didn't feel the need to cook anything warm but I can imagine it would be convenient during the colder months)

Pros: Hele vriendelijke host! Lekkere koffie gehad en local tips. Netjes en hygiënisch. Gezellig en creatief ingericht. In een kast in de kamer zit de boiler, heb ik geen last van gehad.

Pros: Ich bin in einem wunderschönen Zimmer untergebracht worden. Es war sehr sauber und ein schöner Garten war zur Mitbenutzung vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Der Kontakt mit ihr war sehr schnell und informativ. Besser geht’s nicht. Sie hat mir den Aufenthalt versüßt. Ich hätte auch die Küche mit benutzen können und Kaffee trinken bzw. Verbrauchsartikel wie Butter oder Milch nehmen können. Mehrfach wurde ich sogar zum Essen eingeladen und habe einmal einen Salat mitgegessen (siehe Foto). Ich kann dieses Untermietzimmer nur empfehlen. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt, da die Lage auch perfekt ist. Es ist in DePijp viel schöner als im Zentrum.

Cons: Die Wohnung -wie in Amsterdam üblich- eher hellhörig. Kein wlan und kein TV ist wirklich mal Digital Detox. Dessen muss man sich einfach bewusst sein.
