Pros: Property was very clean, all amenities were present, the host was very nice and welcoming

Pros: The host was a very kind and helpful woman. The location of the house was also nice, within walking distance of the tram stop, from where you can reach the center. The neighborhood was also quite pleasant.

Cons: The house was generally clean but dusty. It might be better if the landlord changed the cleaning company.

Pros: Hilde was an amazing host! Very helpful with any information we needed, very welcoming just an absolute gem of a human! ❤️ Lots of shops, cafes within walking distance to public transport, anything you could ask for was close! Quiet lovely neighbourhood

Pros: Hilde, our host, was very friendly and accommodating. She also used her local knowledge to recommend restaurants/places to visit during our stay.

A perfect place for a bed for the night in a quiet location but within easy transport reach of Amste

Pros: The location is in a quiet residential street that feels very safe. The bus stop from Centraal station is just round the corner. The room has its own lockable entrance. Plenty of towels and hot water. Large comfy bed.

Cons: The room was clean but the decor was a bit tired. Some of the electrics looked a bit overloaded.

I felt very happy and at home here and recommend it without reservation

Pros: Room, including ensuite bathroom, clean, comfortable and attractive.. Immediate local area is quiet residential but with shops only 5 minutes walk, 2 streets away. Mini bar in room can be used as a fridge too. Location very good - 5 minute walk to bus stop, where bus takes 10-15 minutes to Centraal Station. Best aspect of this homestay is the warmth of the welcome from Hilde, who is really friendly and helpful.

Cons: I cannot think of anything that can be improved.

Pros: Hilde is best host, she was really caring with us. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the location also was very nice.

Pros: Quiet and nice neighbourhood but the main plus is Hilde, who is absolutely adorable and such a lovely host. It was a pleasant stay, specially because the city was crammed and coming to the studio was a welcome quiet place.

Pros: Hilde was a nice host with a lot of advices on local restaurants, and was very available for checkin / checkout etc... Easy to access with the public transport
