Clean and comfortable stay with friendly vibes - it was so easy to explore Amsterdam and return “home” for rest and reco

Pros: It warm, clean and comfortable with direct and reliable tram access to the centre of town. Our host Frank was amazing, he made it very easy to get around town and offered plenty of advice leading us to restaurants you would not find without the help of a local. Could not recommend the accommodation and the friendly vibes higher.

Fantastic place to stay in every way!

Pros: A really fantastic place- Super easy and quick to get to from central station (Tram 26, every 7 mins!) in a beautiful residential neighborhood with trees, greenery and water everywhere. A lovely cafe / restaurant on the water, just 2 min walk away. Small grocery/ fruit store 2 min walk. Lovely walks and scenic bike paths to city centre. The room and bathroom are beautifully light and attractive, and well equipped, everything has been thought through very carefully. The room is small- perhaps best for 1 person? - but this is clear from the picture. Although it’s a family house, there is plenty of privacy as they are on different floors, and there’s only one other guest room. Frank was super helpful and even found an old bike for me! Thank you for a brilliant and perfect stay!

B&B peace and quiet away from the city hustle

Pros: Loved the quirkiness of the place. The bed, pillows, and quilt were so comfortable I wanted to take them home with me. Great location easy with the tram. Frank was very helpful and friendly.

We felt like we had everything we could possibly need, and for everything else we could always ask.

Pros: Our host Frank was such a delightful human, every interaction made us feel welcome and at peace. I will absolutely come back and hopefully book here again. Our room was impeccable and the bathroom was really nice and clean. We've had enough of everything we could possibly need. As a person that usually prefers the least amount of contact possible, I was surprisingly happy with the warm welcome and general communication. Whatever advice we could possibly need, Frank (our host) was there to advise us and we were really happy with suggestions. I would recommend to anyone to stay here if they prefer more chill parts of the city and a comfort of a room that actually feels like home (vs. a hotel room).

Pros: Frank was nice, and wholesome. The place was great and clean.

Pros: Frank was a lovely host! Made us feel very welcome and the colour changing lights were a nice touch to feel cosy. We enjoyed the location as it was very easy to get a tram to centraal, we are usually people who walk everywhere but the tram was no issue :)

Cons: The water in the shower didn’t get very hot but this might just be a one-off thing!

Very convenient but quiet location. Fascinating house.

Pros: Frank is a great host and the house and area are lovely. The best thing is the location, it's just a short hop on the tram to the centre but it's such a quiet area.
