Does the job, superb location.

Pros: Location superb, does the job for money. Tiny but inclusive room. Enough for 1-2 nights.

Cons: Maybe heater was not upto mark. Felt a little cold.

Cosy and welcoming

Pros: Our hosts were really nice, welcoming and making sure we have everything we needed. They wanted to help with some additional queries which was really nice and not expected. I really liked how the space was used and set up with all plates, cutlery. Even if the room is within the family home, we had our privacy and private bathroom, which was great. Location was a bit far from town, but easy to get around as tram stop was nearby, there were shops nearby as well. Generally, really enjoyed our stay there!

Cons: Everything was quite ok, sheets and towels were clean, the bed wasn't the most comfortable one. I would probably expect it would be a bit cleaner, especially the bathroom, but it was all acceptable and ok. The room will be quite tight for four people ( four beds are available, but with limited space for luggage). Considering the prices in Amsterdam for the period we were staying, the place was great.

Pros: We are really enjoyed our staying. Friendly and positive host. Only 15 minutes from central station by tram, supermarkets and cafe are nearby. Nice riverside and good view.

Cons: A little bit small room for four but I suppose that is common in Amsterdam )

Pros: Great place to stay in a quiet residential area within very convenient and well connected reac (10 min by tram to Amsterdam Centraal Station (away from hustle and bustle of Central Amsterdam nightlife). Micheal , the host was very helpful ,friendly and hospitable! A cafe and small groceries/deli shop right beside the tram stop which around corner from accommodation. Highly recommended! It's a nice spot

Pros: The host was very welcoming, the location is amazing, around 20 minutes away from Amsterdam Centraal by tram. It's in a quiet area. Good value. It was clean and we were very happy with our stay. Thank you Michiel

Cons: It's situated across from a furniture shop and you can sometimes hear them unloading in the morning but to be fair we did sleep with our windows wide open until like 11am.
