Pros: Fantastic space with great art and classic design throughout. Beautiful mid century lighting. Wonderful balcony overlooking the market. Extremely convenient to many, many great eating spots, public transport, supermarkets and a laundrette.

Cons: The stairs! But that’s Amsterdam and completely understandable.

Pros: Amazing location, lovely apartment. David was very hospitable. Perfect place for a long weekend in Amsterdam!

Cons: My friend and I had no issue with the stairs but the description of the property could have maybe stated how steep they were (pictures may help). Would not be ideal if you had any mobility problems

Pros: Simply everything about this place is gorgeous. It felt like a home from home. David is a friendly and warm host and keeps a beautiful space here. I haven't slept like I did on my trip in a long time, and that balcony!! We had to prise ourselves out each day and are already thinking of when we can come back!

Pros: A pleasure staying. Excellent location, clean, functional apartment. David the host was helpful and informative. Close to excellent restaurants.

Confortable

Pros: The location is very good ,should enjoy more with the market downstairs,there are lots of restaurants downstairs and delicious.only one point is in the morning you would be wake up by the noisy of market ,of course if you get up earlier around 7am ,it shouldn’t be problem for you .landlord David and his wife are very nice people ,David always reply message in the first time and try to help you when you need 👍.had good experience with this apartment !

Pros: The apartment was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The area is cool, vibrant and easy to navigate. David was an excellent host providing us with the kind of recommendations that only a well informed local can. This was my first trip and won’t be my last. Amsterdam is a wonderful place.

A nice cozy room with a wonderful bathtub and shower. Right in the heart of the market.

Pros: The place is nicely designed and is very cozy. You will have to walk the Dutch stairs but it's everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Cons: The noise in the morning form the market...you can literally hear the metal rumbling. If you have earplugs - please use them :)

Great birthday vacation

Pros: The location for exploring Amsterdam is great, with plenty of the attractions within walking distance. The bed and pillows were comfy and the studio flat was very stylish. David the host was great at responding and was waiting at the apartment when we arrived to tell us about how everything worked. Lots of great bars and restaurants on your doorstep and a walk down the market is defo worth a visit

Cons: The stairs upto the apartment look more of a challenge than they actually are and I have been in other Amsterdam apartments with worse stairs.

Great for our three night stay.

Pros: The apartment is via steep stairs but has balcony and good view. Is fairly basic but we loved it. The location is excellent, great neighbourhood and very easy to get to from central station on #4 tram. Property manager David is great, such a helpful and capable guy.

Cons: The roadworks were a shame, but otherwise no complaints!
