Fabulous stay and if I am ever coming to the area again will check for availability

Pros: The location is exceptional right on the edge of a very small village. The owners are friendly but not intrusive in anyway. They are available but equally happy to leave you to get on with it. The only thing I wished there was was a freezer section in the fridge so I could have had ice as it was a warm one.

Cons: The stairs. They are as I was expecting having stayed in Dutch houses before but narrow tight stairs are never easy to negotiate. But hey I knew what to expect so you crack on with it.

Very well equipped and spacious apartment

Pros: It was a very nice stay in this place. The apartment was very spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable. WiFi worked very fast, and Netflix was available on the TV. The kitchen had everything that was needed. The host was very nice and helpful. I even got a small welcome gift. The dedicated parking place was located close to the entrance. I had access to the separate part of the garden with a lovely view of a small canal. The property is in a quiet area.

Cons: No air-conditioning. It was very hot outside and sunny when I was there, and the temperature inside the apartment was almost 30C. Fortunately, all windows had mosquito nets, and I could open them fully after sunset and then use a ventilator to lower the temperature. Please consider implementing air-conditioning and/or better isolation of the roof.

Great accommodation with lovely host in Schermerhorn with parking, space and beautiful accommodation and welcoming host.

Pros: Very spacious apartment and with lovely welcoming host in a residential area a few minutes from the Schermerhorn mills. Absolutely everything provided that you could hope for.

Cons: Stairs to apartment are quite narrow and not ideal to take a suitcase up but that is the only thing to mention - everything else exceptional.

Pros: We enjoyed talking with our host that was friendly and helpful, accommodation was clean and comfortable with nice view, the area is quiet and beautiful

Cozy home❤️

Pros: Imagine that you really love comfort and functionality. Your apartment fully meets your requirements, but you had to go on vacation. So this house will be completely similar to your apartment. It has everything. Excellent technical design, every detail is thought out. Very cozy. The bed was very comfortable, I didn't even want to wake up. There is a courtyard on the bank of a small water canal. Silence and only the birds singing. We will come again with pleasure.

Lovely place to stay in the countryside.

Pros: A very large first floor studio apartment that was very nicely appointed. Large comfortable bed for a good nights sleep. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice shower room on the ground floor with good shower. Bathrobes also provided. TV with Netflix(also had BBC1 and I could watch Match of the Day!) Parking under cover with direct access to private entrance. Everything laid out and provided thoughtfully. Pretty garden for guests to sit out in. Nice friendly hostess with local knowledge who gave us usefull information. The location was perfect for our needs, plus it was convenient to to visit Keukenhof and also to drive to Hoorn railway station P&R to get to Amsterdam.

Pros: What a beautiful apartment. Very modern and clean. Great host. We had one breakfast served by the host it was delicious and just right, not too much not too little. We asked for an extra favour which was granted with pleasure. A well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. We can highly recommend this place for couples or families as there is a spare room with extra beds.

Pros: Wat een heerlijke plek. Alles top verzorgd en super lieve eigenaren. Zelfs de kerstboom stond gezellig aan. Wij hebben genoten !

Pros: Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in De Weideblom und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten, auch zum Kochen war die Ausstattung super. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll dekoriert. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr sehr 😊 nett und hatten viele hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflüge. Der Garten mit Gelegenheit zum Verweilen ist toll und der Blick aus der Wohnung bei kaltem Wetter zauberhaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pros: Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im De Weideblom und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt von Anfang an. Angelien und Ron haben uns herzlich empfangen, gute Tipps gegeben und einen netten Kontakt gehalten. Die Lage ist super in alle Richtungen. Das Appartment war blitzsauber, bestens ausgestattet, sogar Tee und Kaffee ist vorhanden und der Blick in den Garten ist traumhaft. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
