A nice stay in a fantasic part of Amsterdam with many nice brekfast & resaurants facilities nearby

Pros: Excellent facilities to enjoy a simple breakfast in a quiet and very private environment

Pros: The host was very friendly, warm, and helpful. He offered suggestions on what to do and where to go and was even willing to show us some things in the neighbourhood.

Only room, not the apartment, overall, beautiful stay.

Pros: Comfy beds, nice terrace area and cool design in the place. Location is good. Easy check in. Clean place. Very positive vibe owner. Dog friendly (with 25e extra fee per night). I can recommend who whoever wants to explore Amsterdam but also want to have a beautiful place to rest.

Pros: direct view from the bed into the garden; all facilities you need Arjan is a perfect host. area on the one hand quiet, on the other hand some metres away shopping street and you can walk to the centrum (30 min)

Lovely Amsterdam and beautiful stay

Pros: very nice appartment with great garden and super host. Beds are very confortable. apartment is ver well located and communicated with public transports. Arjem, the host is all the time ready to help and he really does!! That really makes the difference! Thanks Arjem!

Una bella esperienza

Pros: Inizialmente eravamo un po' titubanti, ma condividere un appartamento ben arredato e pulito con il proprietario Arjan è stata una bellissima esperienza. Arjan una persona fantastica, è stata una bella esperienza, perché ha trattato la nostra famiglia come dei conoscenti, mettendoci a nostro agio dandoci anche preziosi consigli e indicazioni su Amsterdam. Un soggiorno che rimarrà piacevolmente nei nostri ricordi.

Cons: Se devo indicarne uno, che non dipende ovviamente dal proprietario, sono i costi per i parcheggi auto che risultano in tutta Amsterdam decisamente elevati.

Pros: Bon emplacement dans un quartier calme et familial proche du centre. Vous êtes dans l'appartement du hôte qui est sur place: disponible en restant discret quand vous etes là, agréable et plein de bons conseils.

Convention goduta con comodità

Pros: Quartiere tranquillo e defilato dal centro, ma estremamente ben connesso con i mezzi pubblici. L'alloggio ha spazi comuni spaziosi e ampi. Il padrone di casa è simpaticissimo e estremamente rispettoso della privacy, lasciandoci liberi di utilizzare e gestire gli spazi comuni, a patto ovviamente di non dare oggettivo fastidio. Letti incredibilmente comodi.

Cons: I 4 posti letto (1 matrimoniale + 2 singoli) erano tutti in un'unica stanza, e occupavano praticamente tutta l'area calpestabile. Parlando col proprietario, è stato a causa di una recente ordinanza comunale di Amsterdam per regolamentare i B&B. Prima il matrimoniale era dentro la stanza e i 2 letti singoli nella stanza adiacente. Spero che in qualche modo possa tornare alla disposizione precedente per il futuro. Con i 4 posti nell'unica stanza era un po' complicato organizzarsi, soprattutto se qualcuno ha bisogno di alzarsi durante la notte. La disposizione è comunque gestibile, ma non esattamente ideale.

Pros: Ambiance très chaleureuse et cozy sans oublier un accueil très agréable et gentil.
