Interesting place

Pros: You stay at a very famous place in Amsterdam with famous people. Xaviera and Filip are amazing hosts. It is very close to RAI, why I have chosen the place. Bed is comfortable and the place is very quiet. Clean.

Cons: Little bit old and need refurbishment, windows/door do not close properly so you feel draught quite often.

Pros: Xaviera and Philip welcomed us so warmly, we felt right at home – like hanging out with the coolest grandparents ever! The location is great: quiet, green, and still easy to get around. The place is cozy, with a nice balcony and garden, plus a big, comfy bed. Breakfast was tasty and generous. If you need anything, just ask – they’re always happy to help and love sharing fascinating stories. Their sweet dog totally stole our hearts. We’d love to come back – thanks for everything!

Lovely BnB in quiet location.

Pros: The hosts were lovely and happy to accommodate early breakfast in our room due to tour bookings. Easy access to public transport.

Great room, cozy and authentic environnement, wonderful hosts

Pros: We loved our stay with Xaviera and Phillip. The accommodation is in a beautiful and comfortable house, full of character, in a lovely neighborhood. The room has a very confortable bed, a new frigobar, a round table and chairs, robes, books, and the floor and table lamps are perfect for setting up the light we need. The big balcony is a treat, even in cold weather. We also pretty much enjoyed their breakfast as well as having their nice assistant help us out.

Pros: Our bed is more comfortable than most star hotels, the location is very good, the breakfast is well-deserved and the host tries to make you feel good. The price is cheaper than most Amsterdam hotels.
