Pros: It s very nice, i loved the location, you have the west park very near, but the apartament doesen t have an oven, but i reccomend it

Great alternative to staying in overpriced central hotels.

Pros: Fantastic location by train station - v easy to get into central areas with trains every few minutes. We had a family room which was well designed and fitted our needs perfectly. V efficient onsite staff. We needed a replacement hairdryer which was action within the hour.

Cons: Wasn’t clear that €200 deposit was needed before getting door access code.

Comfortable stay

Pros: • Good communication, very fast responses • 24/7 service available (WhatsApp + phone) • Friendly security staff • Shower gel provided • Hand soap provided • Electrical light issue was handled quickly • Very good amount of kitchen utensils provided • fridge provided • Location was good, far enough from the busy center, but still well connected •Room temperature was warm enough • Good blackout curtains • Hair dryer available (even though it wasn’t listed online) • We were lucky to check in a bit earlier than 15:00

Cons: • Toilet paper was very thin • Air filter was dirty and dusty • Couch bed was very squeaky and not comfortable (might have been better kept closed) • No dish washing soap provided • No Shampoo/ conditioner provided (could’ve been, since shower gel is provided) • No sponge, only a brush • No wipe cloth • No drying rack • Only one dishwasher tablet provided (Had to catch cleaning staff to get extra dishwasher tablets because we did not request cleaning) • Only 4 coffee capsules provided • Check-in officially quite late (15:00) •.Check-out relatively early (11:00) • Blankets were very thick (a lighter option would have been nice) • two TV‘s provided , none worked

Very good facilities overall but some small details to improve on

Pros: Very modern and very clean. Good location and views

Cons: They offer a huge smart tv but they don’t allow you to use the smart part and open Netflix/yt which is weird We stayed 6 days and the elevator was broken but sadly no discount or any comfort for the inconvenience

Very lovely place and amazing for longer stays.

Pros: Very nice apartment and good location. The place was clean and heat/cold was adjustable.

Cons: The kettle wasn’t working properly and the door of the shower didn’t have anything that prevented water from getting out at the bottom

Pros: Price/ location - perfect Sofa is not so comfortable, but totally everything was good

Pros: Lovely flat and very comfortable for the whole family

Cons: The lifts were broken as we were leaving

Strategic place, great communication but poor in cleanliness

Pros: The accommodation is in a highly convenient location, just a few minutes' walk from Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station with easy access to public transport. It offers quick train connections to other Dutch cities like Rotterdam, Den Haag, and Utrecht. The place is quiet and cosy, with good facilities in the suite. During my stay with family, we found it easy to cook and make use of all the kitchen amenities. Prompt reply from Alice, the staff every time I contacted the management team, just toward the end of our stay we didn't get a reply.

Cons: The cleanliness is very poor, particularly the dusty floor. We took off our shoes when in the room, and I found the floor dusty, so I had to sweep it on arrival. On top of that, there is no Hoover available, and I had to use a small brush and dustpan to sweep the whole room. As I stayed for 6 nights, I could feel the floor getting dusty again almost every day, so I had to sweep it daily. It would be good if the management could provide a Hoover in the room. Apart from that, the most shocking thing was that, when we came back to the room on the 4th day of our stay, we found an unknown plastic bag containing fruit, a hand phone charger, and a few other things left in our room. We had been informed that our room wouldn't be cleaned if we stayed less than 7 nights. However, how could someone have come or intruded into our room and left their things there during our stay? I contacted the management, and they said they would check on it, but no action was taken. Luckily, none of our things were missing. I was very impressed with the facilities and communication with the management team apart from the cleanliness and the intrusion into the room.

Cons: We found some hairs around the toilet and on towels
