Pros: Everything was very good. Smooth communication Nice and clean place.

Cons: Situation in the world :D

Pros: I loved the apartment. We were given a room upgrade and the staff very kindly provided balloons, chocolates and a Small bottle of alcohol for my wife’s birthday.

Cons: I can honestly say there was not anything I disliked at the apartments during our stay.

Suite Apartment with good transport to Centre

Pros: Suite apartment within Citadines near Sloterdijk Station. You check in at Citadines reception. Staff helpful. It is close to transport, both to Centraal and also trams & buses. You can tap with any debit card to travel, no problems. Apartment has separate bedroom, Lounge with kitchen, a table and sofa. Shower was good. Kitchen was good; has hob, oven, fridge, pots, cutlery, tea, coffee, but no toaster. I liked it and would definitely consider staying here again. Wifi worked well.

Cons: The area is mostly new apartments and not much in the way of restaurants and shops nearby. You pretty much have to get a tram or bus to civilisation. But transport is good.

Generally a great experience!

Pros: The apartment was a good size, it had a coffee machine with tea options. The bed and sofa were comfortable and clean. The staff were the biggest highlight. Everyone was happy to help with any questions and always greeted us with a smile. It was great being so close to the station. Got us into Amsterdam with 10mins each day, or anywhere else we wanted to go whilst on our trip.

Cons: The room was extremely hot at night. We did try the thermostat but it didn't make much difference. The room also smelt like food all day. I assume we were above the kitchen as it would start in the early hours of the morning and stayed all day. You didn't notice it too much when in the room a while but definitely every time you returned. The pillows were quite uncomfortable too.

Good flat with nice location.

Pros: The location is perfect as it is close to the metro, bus and train. We could easily go to the central area.

Cons: There are no charges for electric vehicles in the property, which is harder when you arrive by car. The heating was too warm in my flat, I couldn't find a way to reduce it.

Excellent and comfortable apartments in a convenient location

Pros: Location is really close to both the Sloterdijk train station and bus depot and is really convenient for arriving from and leaving to the airport. The city centre is a 20 minute bike ride away and there is convenient public transport to/from the city. We did not find it inconvenient to go to the city from Sloterdijk as it is well-connected. There is also a large park nearby, Westerpark, which has a very pleasant bike path going through it. The apartment was fantastic and had everything you need to cook your own meals, an induction stovetop, and great natural daylight. Comfortable and functional bathroom and shower with shampoo and conditioner included. Curtains are effective at blocking out the light when you're sleeping. The self-serve linen cupboard is extremely convenient as you don't feel you might run out of towels or linen if needed. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Cons: The bikes were very large and the a little under-maintained (brakes were not great). I could not stand safely even with the seat at the lowest point.

Pros: Lovely hotel. Great rooms that were well appointed, clean and tidy. Perfect location close to public transport to access Amsterdam's main attractions.
