Pros: Great location in a beautiful town. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable.

Amazing Volendam

Pros: Great location. Very clean room and bath. Excellent starting point for Marken’s trip and not far from bus station (easy to going to Edam or Amsterdam too)

Cons: Unfortunately on friday night the sound coming from the near pubs was very high until 3.00 a.m.

Pros: It was clean, nice room. The location of the hotel is very convenient - in the centre, next to the pier.

Lovely stay in a nice property

Pros: Nice room, comfy bed, amazing location. The coffee machine in the room was handy in the morning. Shower was spacious and did the trick. The building is traditional, so stairs are steep but that can't be helped, but to be located right by the promenade it's definitely worth it. The heating in the room took a while to warm up but once it did it was really cosy. Nice views and peaceful but we did visit at a really quiet time. The rental us right across from bars and restaurants, which for us was great and convenient but could be noisy in peak season.

Cons: Outside door lock needs checking. Clearer information on parking would be really helpful, eventually figured out the blue zone system and moved the car to free parking about 5-10 minutes walk away. Arrived at night so didn't get a ticket during that time. The email alsowmimplied someone would be there for check in. We were delayed so apologised but rushed to get there. Ait was self check in so no need to rush as nobody was waiting, this could have been made clear. The listing also says hotel but it's actually a holiday rental, not a problem but again could be made clear.

Pros: Very nice room. Nice comfortable bed and very clean. Nice shower as well. Near the port.

Cons: It is a petty that there is this pub just under it playing loud music until 2am. It didn6bpther us as we were very tired, but it was annoying...

Pros: Good location, lucky it was a Monday and noisy nightclub nearby closed

Pros: Absolutely wonderful!!! The location was just magic, the room was beautiful,clean and bed was soooo comfy... it was also incredible value for money !!

Pros: The facilities were very comfortable and clean. Excellent location. Nice style of decor.

Cons: . However the person I contacted/spoke to several times seemed unhelpful. I asked about the parking as the hotel states it has parking. At no point was i advised that the parking was about 10/15 mins away. We therefore drove to the property to find there was no parking at all and after calling him was told an address. When we got there there were initially no spaces apart from permit parking. Called him again whether we should park in them but could not establish a good connection. We found a space eventually. This all added to the stress of the journey. At no point was I contacted to enquire as to whether all was ok. Poor customer services.

Pros: Great clean room in the middle of city center with all amenities needed for stay.

Pros: Very convenient, clean and new interior. Entry was all by code so no keys to worry about.short 15 minute easy walk to bus.nearby b bickering rental.

Cons: The stairs were really steep but probably had to be built that way. We were on the first level so only had to navigate one flight. Being agile,they were safe enough but could be challenging for anyone who has even minor physical challenges we still loved it.
