Pros: I stay at this hotel often for work and it has never let me down, the onsite restaurant also serves excellent food.

Cons: Not enough milk left in the room for a cup of tea!

Pros: Like the location there it was close to the Houten suburb were my old colleague lives and we have immigrated to Australia in the nineties and van de Valk hotels and restaurants have a good reputation for me for there excellent food and service

Pros: We enjoyed our stay and most of the facilities. The self-serve beverage and snack area was a thoughtful touch and very convenient. The room was well-appointed and comfortable, though the bed wasn’t quite as luxurious as we remembered from our first visit, when it truly felt like sleeping on a cloud. The highlight of this stay was the bar and restaurant staff, who were welcoming and friendly.

Cons: The front desk staff service was adequate but lacked a welcoming touch. My partner's remark was that they seemed robotic.

Pros: The breakfast was fresh, varied, and of high quality — a great start to the day. The location was also excellent, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions, making it very convenient for getting around.

Pros: Fast service, elevator in the morning - that was nice. All strangers were smiling to each other, great way to start the day

Cons: I received 10 messages in Dutch through booking messaging. The app does not offer translation option. I don’t know what they wanted of me. And it was too many messages.

Pros: Breakfast is good, rooms are spacy and the location is pretty good - 15 min walking distance from the train station.

Pros: Van der valk is one of the best hotels in Holland and the staff is mostly very nice !

Cons: Some new staff not as nice as they should be and there was not much guests waiting so they had time to be more friendly but maybe young, new and not teached how to be really nice to all guests and of course i compare them to the staff i met back in the years i been staying at Van der Valk 2-4 times a year !
