Good value hotel for an overnight stop.

Pros: Spacious room with great facilities, very friendly helpful staff.

Cons: The bathroom had no heating and it was a very cold night.

Very comfortable stay with welcoming and helpful staff

Pros: I was upgraded to a suite on arrival which was very large and comfortable. The staff I met when checking in and at breakfast were very welcoming. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons: Breakfast was a bit limited, I would have been better off going somewhere else

excellent location for our needs.

Pros: We chose the Grand Gooliland Hotel because its location was perfect for our trip. With a friend living within walking distance and the town's amenities nearby, it was the ideal base for our plans. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and quiet. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was served in the lobby area, offering a wide variety of choices.

Cons: nothing to dislike.

A stunning hotel with wonderful staff. Full of character and a boutique feel.

Pros: A beautiful hotel in a lovely part of Hilversum. It was wonderful to be greeted with a hand written note on the bed. The room was a very good size with an amazing view and wrap around terrace. Very comfortable bed with lots of pillows. An ample supply of coffee with a proper coffee machine. Breakfast was fantastic, simple but more than enough. I ordered a fresh pancake with fruit which was lovely. The staff were simply amazing, engaging and making sure everything was as expected and more.

Cons: Really everything was great.

Wonderful stay at a superb hotel

Pros: Everything about the hotel was fantastic. The room was just perfect, the staff were exceptional, breakfast outstanding. The care and attention staff gave was above and beyond and we all had the perfect stay.

Perfect

Pros: The familyrooms are just perfect. Not too many hotels have a room for 4 persons. Even with a big twi person bed plus 2 single beds the room still had lots of space. Very friendly employees, nice breakfast for good price. And location near the center of Hilversum is great!

Cons: Parking is not beside hotel. If it rains it might be uncomfortable.

Class you cannot buy. This Hotel has it.

Pros: The Dutch are known for their loud behavior and lack of class, concerning food. This Hotel proves the contrary and the Ukrain personnel that served me was that class you might find in the Hilton in Kiev.

Cons: Clear indications where to park the car.

Super friendly staff, comfy rooms

Pros: We loved the industrial design of our room. Beds were comfortable, staff were super friendly and helpful. We came with kids and they received drawing supplies as a gift, what a lovely idea!
