Perfect location, very good value for money

Pros: Everything was perfect. We were able to check-in before lunch, luckily the room was available. The staff is very friendly and supportive, offering clear explanations and guidance. The breakfast is complete, we loved the fresh fruits availability. The hotel is just steps away from the Metro/ Train station and 5 minutes walking from the Dome. The room was spacious and clean.

Cons: The extra bed was a bit squeezy, not sure if some measures can be taken.

Pros: Excellent location - right outside the station with access to trains and metros. A 20 minute journey into the city centre but lots of food options right outside of the hotel. Perfect for anybody attending an event at the arena or wanting a hotel near transport but not right in the city centre.

Cons: I arrived just after midnight and you need a key to enter from 11pm. When I rang the bell, staff at the reception desk seemed reluctant to let me in but I think that everybody was a little bit tired at that point.

Great location of your going to a gig at the Ziggo dome

Pros: Really close to the arena for the Florence and the machine concert. Very clean room , friendly staff

Cons: Staff although friendly , could act on requests. We asked for Extra bedding which didn’t materialise. Breakfast was ok, nothing special

Cons: Small selection of cooked breakfast (bacon, pork sausage and a different selection of egg other than scrambled) but just a personal preference

over all enjoyed the stay

Pros: I enjoyed the stay at this hotel. I am Muslim, and halal food restaurants are at arm's reach. And the best part is the availability of transportation. I took bus number 300 from the airport and paid 5.19 euro to the hotel, and it was faster than the taxi. overall it was a good experience.

Cons: There is no car excess at the hotel's main door. This is the bad part, as my friend came to pick me up, and they had to park their car a little far away and had to walk all the way in snow.
