Beautiful home, with easy transportation, quiet neighborhood.

Pros: Beautiful location, outside of a crowd of the center, but very close to everything. Beautiful houseboat, luxurious. Very close to sports facilities, including tennis courts, running track. Very quiet Neighbourhood. Excellent host.

A real House Boat experience.

Pros: Don't think twice, go for it. A real House Boat experience. My wife and myself went there on our honeymoon. Was the most beautiful stop in Europe. Even-though my-wife dropped her mobile iPhone while exiting the house into the canal, we still have beautiful memories there. The host is very helpful, very responsive and such-a gentle man. Also its a great chance to experience Amsterdam with a different angle. Their is a big park very close by - a real gem.

Fantastisk , anderledes , afslappende, spændende.

Pros: fantastisk dejlig, moderne husbåd, masser af plads, god beliggenhed i havnen, nem at komme til og nem at finde. P plads til bilen tæt på. Der var cykler med, og det var nemt at cykle ind til centrum af amsterdam. super lækkert at sidde på terrassen i aftensolen, og få en drink og nyde vandet og havnen. spændende at bo på en husbåd, istedet for et hotel. Rigtig dejlig oplevelse. Ejeren rådgir gerne via telefon omkring restauranter og indkøbsmuligheder. Ville vi booke den igen : Ja, absolut.

Cons: - Vi var der i april, og der var for koldt på badeværelset, rigtigt koldt. - vi måtte ikke benytte badekar/spa. Ved booking var der billeder af spabadet, så vi havde håbet at kunne bruge dette. - køkkenet , bordplader og køkkenlåger , kunne godt trænge til vedligeholdelse . Det er et kvalitetskøkken, men det er ikke vedligeholdt. - der er ikke meget lys på værelse og stue, ejeren må være en yngre mand , med gode øjne. - trappen i huset er meget stejl - det bør stå i booking, for folk med gangbesvær ville denne lejlighed være helt umulig.

Unique property in excellent close-in yet residential location.

Pros: Unique stay in excellent location. Nice big, well equipped kitchen, in comfortable home. Good and clear communication, friendly neighbors.

Cons: Our unit was the owners home- which we did not realize until arrival. Luxury price for unique, but not quite luxurious, experience. Bathtub out of service, dead plants on the deck, etc.
