Pros: We chose this accommodation because it’s close to the Ziggo Dome, and after a very stressful day of travelling, Jan’s warm welcome made all the difference. The fridge was stocked with beers, alcohol-free beers, and water, which was a lovely touch. The room was cosy, spotless, and already warmed up thanks to the heater Jan had thoughtfully switched on before our arrival. A super clean and comfortable stay — highly recommended!

Jan was a great host, very clean property and Jan was flexible with my needs thank you will be back

Accommodation in newer part of Amsterdam.

Pros: The room is smallish, but has a private bathroom attached as well as a private entrance. The kitchen is shared with the live-in host/owner as well as two permanent tenants. About a ten minute walk from a couple of metro stations, where there are also supermarkets.

Cons: The small window in the room could do with a more opaque curtain/blind. One of the tenants always left dirty dishes in the sink in the morning. A bigger kitchen table would be an improvement.

Pros: The apartment looks even better than on photos, it is located 7 min from the Metro station, from where you need 10 min to the city center. We got to meet our host and he was so nice, helping us find the option to buy daily tickets for the public transport, also with the parking. We were not sure about the location at first because it is not in the city center, but if it is important for you to have a nice room and bathroom, comfortable bed and things like that, you have our reccomendation. We are coming back again here definately!

Jan is rocking , highly recommend

Pros: Very clean and best location to my ArenA concert I closed up the key in the room , Jan made a quick action to help us out , big shoutout to Jan 🙌

Pros: Jan is an amazing host, and he replies quickly to every our needs, from the support for renting a bike to any other little issue. The room is tiny and comfortable, perfect for who wants to enjoy Amsterdam. Dubbelink 3A is located in a quiet area near a channel and is distant 5-10 min by feet from both red and yellow underground, with which in 15 minutes you reach the city central.

Cons: The bathroom has no windows

Pros: Nice green and quite location not far from the city center, good value for money. The host was very polite and friendly, picked us up from the nearest train station., helped to warm up our food. There’s everything you need - shower, coffee, fridge, table, bed, TV, new towels and cleaning every day. The metro is just 10 min walking brings you in 10-15 min to the the city center. Not far a way there’re grocery stores and also bus stops.

Cons: Sometimes airplanes which passes by right above you. No shower gel / shampoo, only liquid soap.
