Pros: We absolutely loved this place! The host was very kind, understanding, and attentive. The apartments are surrounded by greenery — you really feel like you’re in nature. It felt just like home. The design of the house was very practical and everything was spotless. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and more. I’ve already recommended it to all my friends. I’ll definitely stay here again when I come back.

Perfect, nothing less than that

Pros: The place was exceptional - it was clean, modern and absolutely perfect . Location couldn’t have been better - everything was in 5min driving distance to Utrecht, and what we couldn’t get to by car, the bus could! Couldn’t ask for a better place - it’s definitely a place we will come back to

Cons: We could have used a few more pillows, and a washing machine - but I saw that a bigger house on the same location had that, so next time we come by, we’ll just order that instead

Pros: The location is perfect, everything is close. The apartment is clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The personnel are hospitable, the service is exceptionally good. Highly recommend

Excellent place for enjoying the nature and calmness

Pros: It was a simple booking via booking.com. But very quick communication with the resort: it was a question of late arrival and we received a quick answer and confirmation from the redort that they will wait for us. We have booked the small house which was practically new, very clean and cosy. The staff was very friendly and helps in any situation. Next time when I visit Ultrecht I will stay certainly here. The impressive location with the river and quiet place.

An amazing stay

Pros: The staff was really welcoming and they satisfied all of our needs. The location is great and close to the city center, reachable easily by bus. The house is bigger than expected and everything is in perfect condition and new. Overall, I really recommend this place.

Pros: The property's location, close to the city, was excellent. It was quiet and peaceful, yet it also had a lively atmosphere. It was clean, and the house had all the basic necessities.

Cons: A small bin can for the kitchen would be nice.

Great place for families

Pros: Very nice and well equipped holiday home, perfect for our purposes!

Cons: Everything was great, except for the mosquitos, so be prepared with something to fight them off! The rest was perfect.

Convenient and functional

Pros: This was the second time my parents stayed at this place because it’s a very convenient place to stay in Utrecht. It offers a good solution for people that want to stay in a quiet place but still close to the city, which is located at a 30 minutes walk or 10 minutes by bus/bike. The houses are furnished and have the essential stuff for cooking/eating and cleaning. Are surrounded by a park where you can have walks or you can bike.

Fantastic stay in a lovely house in an excellent location

Pros: The property was very well equipped with everything that we needed for our 4 night stay. It was clean, well furnished and comfortable. We’d love to visit again
