Quirky apartment in a great location

Pros: Quirky little apartment in a great location! The property owner was very good and accommodated an early check in as we landed early morning. Bed was super comfy and the shower was good

Cons: There is a slight draft that comes through the front door but the heating works well in the apartment so not too bad

Great Location with a fair degree of comfort

Pros: The location was great, just 2 minutes to Nieuwmarkt and a 15 minute walk to Centraal Station. Their was eateries aplenty as well as an Albert Heins and an Etos just around the corner. The home was in a quiet street with a canal at the end and a bridge where you could sit and watch the canal boats go under, very relaxing. The unit was fairly spacious and had a microwave, kettle, TV, bar fridge and heating. Very cosy and very relaxing. I would stay again next time I frequented Amsterdam.

Great location, hosts and will be back

Pros: It's a fantastic location, right in the centre of Amsterdam. Was met by Mary-Grace that showed me around the place and also told me a few food places to check out and places to see she was really helpful. The place itself was really cosy with everything you need for the stay, honestly couldnt find anything wrong. Check out was very easy and the host was always there if you needed them. Would definitely stay again :)

Peaceful place with great character

Pros: A place of great character, not a luxury hotel. In the basement of an old Amsterdam house, it is rather quirky but very well equipped. There are so many thoughtful touches that helped to make our stay smooth and relaxing. Bos, the owner, was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Best of all, it is centrally located but well away from noisy bars and crowds. Absolutely silent at night. We will definitely go back when we visit Amsterdam. So enjoy, but please don't book it when we want to go!!!

Good accommodation for a short stay

Pros: floor heating, toiletries, good water debit, coffee pods and coffee machine provided, generous fridge, microwave, central location, shop within walking distance, comfy bed, quiet neighbourhood, good communication via whatsapp

Cons: low light, not being able to open the window being in a basement

Bas was super helpful, our stay was very good. We had a great time.

Pros: It’s a cute cozy place, right at the heart of the most happening places. It’s 2 mins away from public transport, cafes, coffee shops and restaurants. Bas was very warm and friendly and helped us a lot in being comfortable in a new place.
