Villa Yburg

Excellent villa and hosts.

Pros: Very modern and clean apartment. All as described and owner very accommodating with answers to questions about arrival and transport to villa. Information about shopping and dining in area provided. Manual on operating TV ect provided.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Marc and his family are very friendly hosts. The accomodation is in a very calm part of Amsterdam, but restaurants and shops are not far away.

Clean bright comfortable well serviced place to stay.

Pros: The location direct tram line in to the city of Amsterdam. Very quiet neighbourhood, good walking area next to villa. Great cafe on corner. The villa very clean and tidy, comfortable beds. Handy having fridge. Super friendly host. Would recommend staying Villa Yburg while visiting Amsterdam. Thanks Mark🙏

Cons: It would be good to have a seated area out side of the villa to relax ☺️

We had a good stay at Villa Y burg and we would not hesitate to recommend it

Pros: The proximity of the tram which got us in the busy city in no time At night we could enjoy the quiet of the neighborhood The proximity of the supermarket. Our host were very helpful ,and checked on us to make sure that we had everything we needed

Cons: The only small problem was to have no sink in our room,it would have been handy to wash our hands Or boil water for tea However The bathroom was very nice and clean but you had to get out of the room to access it.

Pros: Villa Yburg is comfortable, clean and located just a few busstops from the city center. The hosts of the villa are friendly and helpful.

A perfect location for a little getaway & at the same time close to the Amsterdam city center

Pros: Quiet and cozy accommodation in a nice area close to the water, a perfect location for a little getaway (especially for a couple) to relax and unwind. The room is equipped with a tea kettle and a coffee machine (much appreciated by us!) Very friendly and helpful hosts, the communication was very smooth and they gave us lots of helpful advice. The city center is super easy to reach by tram, it's just 15 min away. Definitely recommend!

Good spot to stay away from the bustle of downtown

Pros: Marc is an excellent host, checking us in and making sure we had what we wanted. Location makes it easy to get in and out of Amsterdam downtown. Very clean and quiet

Cons: We stayed for 5 days and it would have useful if there was a laundry facility, or one nearby. (Mentions washing machine in listing)

It was a very pleasant stay.

Pros: The place is in a quiet and beautiful corner of the city. It provided me with an oasis of calm. Marc went out of the way to ensure an enjoyable stay, always there with friendly greetings and useful advice. The room was elegantly furnished and both the bedroom (with a comfortable bed) and the bathroom were very clean.

A clean, light and well-maintained place in a modern villa.

Pros: In town for the usual annual trip to IDFA, I chose to stay away from the centre, and Villa Yburg was a great choice: clean, private, with enough space to park, work and store stuff, and despite the distance, easily reachable by public transportation ... all in a very quiet and modern but still charming atmosphere.

Cons: The room is not huge (though the bathroom is!) but that's Amsterdam, and there's no need to climb the stairs. And it's a quiet neighbourhood so no nightlife, but that was the point here.
