Exceptional value for money location and quality accommodation

Pros: I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this accommodation! The location couldn’t be better — it’s incredibly central, which made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. Everything was within walking distance, and being so close to everything really enhanced my trip. The room was spotless. It was very clean, fresh, and well maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. You can tell that a lot of care goes into keeping the place in excellent condition. Communication with both the host and co-host was seamless. They were friendly, responsive, and very helpful from start to finish. Check-in was smooth, and any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, central, and well-managed place to stay. I will absolutely be back! 😊

Cons: Can’t think of a negative aspect

A rare find in central Amsterdam to be within walking distance from everything without the chaos.

Pros: The location was perfect, very central but in a residential area so away from the noise. Legor is a very attentive host, making sure that everything was ok and I had everything I needed.

Cons: This is much more like an Airbnb accommodation in that it it is a room in someone's home. I think the fact that it's on booking.com changes the expectation as this site is mainly for hotels and holiday rentals rather than private homes. A shared bathroom isn't ideal but in a privatehome this is more normal.

Pros: Legor was super attentive and kind. The room has everything you need to make your stay fabulous and the bed is very comfortable. Quiet place and very close to everything :)

Great location and really nice place+host

Pros: The location is amazing. Very central if you want to visit the city or the harbor. A couple of supermarkets are just few minutes away. Its a really quiet neighborhood. The room and the bathroom are very clean and nicely decorated.

Pros: Emplacement plein centre super. Les hôtes sont top. Machine à café nespresso très pratique.

Cons: La douche fuyait un peu donc ça n'était pas pratique.

Super emplacement au centre ville, propre et calme

Pros: Chambre propre comme la salle de bain (salle de bain partagé). Beaucoup de produits à disposition. Calme avec en bonus juste à côté un quai avec une belle vue.

Cons: Le manque de chaise pour s'asseoir (autre que le lit). Le lit directement sous la fenêtre donc un certain vis a vis (plante en face qui cache un peu)

BEST spot in central Amsterdam! (And best host too)

Pros: Desde nuestra llegada Egor fue un autentico host. Nos ayudo a todo lo que necesitamos y nos recomendó planes increibles. La casa se encuentra en una zona ideal, en mitad de un canal. Pudimos tomar el sol, bañarnos e incluso nos presentó a su vecino que tiene una lancha y nos dió un paseo espectacular. El cuarto tiene todo lo que necesitas y es amplio para dos personas. Me encantó lo tranquilo que es el barrio, no habia ruidos en la noche y se podía descansar perfectamente. El baño es practicamente para ti y está impecable. La verdad mi viaje a Amsterdam hubiera sido diferente si no me hubiera hospedado en este lugar. Egor, gracias por hacer de nuestra estancia un super plan. Volveremos a verte el año que viene.
