Pros: We were delighted with our stay at this wonderful apartment! It's located in a peaceful and relaxing area — perfect for escaping the everyday hustle and bustle. The apartment is extremely comfortable, fully equipped, and very clean — it truly has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, always available to help or offer suggestions. The surrounding nature is stunning — ideal for walks, relaxation, and recharging. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for peace, comfort, and warm hospitality. We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect

Pros: From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect about this lovely place to stay in beautiful Edam. Eva was very friendly, kind and welcoming. She showed us the accommodation and introduced its features. A welcome basket of goodies and big vase of beautiful pink peony flowers awaited us. The front room has a gorgeous view of the canal, its boats, trees and pretty houses. It is a lovely space to sit and relax. The kitchen is superb, having all you could need for preparing meals and there’s plenty of room. There is a comfortable couch, a nice big table, and all is newly decorated, very clean and well kept. The king bed is comfy and fabulous, and the bathroom and shower are excellent. Fenix Edam is moments from the bus station for buses to Amsterdam. There is a good supermarket in easy reach by a comfortable, quiet walk along the canals. Edam is a fascinating town to visit with lots to see and just simply wander around. Highly recommend Felix Edam.

Idyllic guesthouse facing canal and very considerate hosts,

Pros: Very considerate and thoughtful hosts. Good privacy, lovely design of guesthouse, extremely clean. Location in Edam was excellent, close to public transport to Amsterdam. Canal-front view.

Cons: I didn't know how to ring the host's doorbell to collect the keys. FYI you need to pull the black knob out ;)
