Pros: Beautiful spacious apartment in a very pretty small town - it was so nice to have somewhere quiet and peaceful to come back to. Getting the bus in and out of Amsterdam was straightforward, and there were night buses too, except Sunday night when the last bus was at 1am. Picking up the keys was easy too - we were given a combination code for a key box, so we were free to arrive in our own time. The beds were soft and comfy. There's a supermarket 10 minutes walk away and a couple of bars and gift shops right outside.
Cons: I've no complaints at all, there's nothing not to like about this place.

Had an amazing time staying at the Top Floor Edam!
Pros: We liked everything, it was a super stay! The top floor apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to cook. The location is perfect. It was quite easy to get in/out of the building and we never noticed any noise from nearby. Finally, the host was amazing with their fast and polite communication with us via message. I can’t wait to visit Edam again with this accommodation :)
Cons: Fixing the windows so we could have opened them and made the place cooler. It was very hot the week we stayed and that made it a bit uncomfortable. Also clear instruction about what to do with rubbish, even some written instructions would be helpful. Oh and an iron would be really helpful haha I wanted to iron a dress but couldn’t - that’s okay.

Pros: Perfect apartment. Beautiful, spacey, warm, cozy, well equipped. You get everything you would need. Only ~25 min by bus from Amsterdam, few minutes from Edam bus station on foot, in the middle of old part of the city. I wish we had stayed longer.

Beautiful appartement
Pros: It is a really amazing appartement if you are looking for some privacy, but still want to stay in a central location in Edam. It is big and clean and very comfortable and it was really beautiful. I was sad leaving this place.
Cons: I can't think of much. Maybe that it took me some time to figure out how to get in the appartement with the instructions I received and also how to get out of the building again. But in the end, it worked really well. And maybe a small microwave would have been nice.

Pros: Die Lage und die komplette Ausstattung war einfach überwältigend und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Vorallem die Nähe zu Volendam und nach Amsterdam sind super und man kann ganz einfach mit dem Bus nach Amsterdam
Cons: Das einzige war, dass das Fenster im Schlafzimmer etwas undicht war

Pros: It was really great to stay at this top floor appartment! Beautiful architectural details and decoration. We had all the comforts to spend a week there. And Edam is such a beatiful village! Really easy to get to central Amsterdam. We had a great time and we hope to come back one day!

Pros: Emplacement fantastique que centre d'Edam, à 7 minutes d'un grand stationnement et de l'autobus. L'appartement est tout équipé. Il ne manque de rien. La vue est magnifique.

Pros: L'appartement de Merijn est magnifique, spacieux, propre, en très bon état, central, et original. Le stationnement est gratuit et facile à l'exception de l'hyper centre d'Edam qui est en zone bleue. Mais l'hyper centre fait 200 mètres de long... L'appartement de Merijn est l'emplacement parfait pour visiter la Hollande, les polders, les tulipes etc. Très bon rapport qualité prix et Merijn est facilement joignable. Edam est une très jolie petite ville, à voir.
Cons: Les deux escaliers qui vont à l'appartement sont raides et peuvent devenir un problème pour les personnes âgées ou ayant des soucis de mobilité. Un grille pain serait bienvenu.

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und befindet sich in historischen Stadtkern Edams. Alle Möbel, inklusive Bett, sind sehr bequem. In10 min. (Fußweg) kann man Supermärkte und Ähnliches sowie die Busstation Edam erreichen. Eine halbe Stunde braucht man zum Meer. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief unkompliziert und der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
