Pros: The apartment is very big and clean and full with everything that needed

Cons: Our apartment was at the last floor and it takes like a million stairs to get there

Highly recommended. It was perfect for our family.

Pros: I really liked the apartment. Clean, lots of space. Despite the previous reviews, it was quiet and cozy. The apartment had everything you needed. The linen and towels are snow-white. The heating can be adjusted using a special control panel. You will find a guide to it in the information materials, which will be given to you along with the keys at the reception. We set it up and it was very warm. Highly recommended. It was perfect for our family.

Cons: There were inaccuracies in the information letter from the hotel that were unclear to me. After I made a clarifying request, everything was explained to me. The response to my request came only the next day. The wait and uncertainty caused some inconvenience.

Perfect haven during our stay safe, secure and comfortable.

Pros: Location walking distance to town, tram and Food Hallen as well as supermarket. The space and layout also excellent and well furnished for needs. Very generous with coffee supply too! Thanks

Cons: Stairs, difficult with luggage and if you had small children but the latter wasn’t an issue for us. Add instruction with thermostat to advise it takes time to warm up we were expecting an instantaneous impact and it took the night to reach the temp, so we weren’t sure we had done it correctly. But honestly they are added improvements we’d certainly stay again

Pros: Location was great, generally quiet. Layout of the apartment was great.

Cons: Couldn't get the washing machine to work properly. The dry cycle didn't want to work.

Pros: It was bigger than we expected, and very comfortable for our family group of four. It is in a great location away from the craziness but close enough to walk (or tram) to the centre, steps away from the wonderful De Hallen food and creative space and a fun street market was only a couple of streets away. Was the perfect choice for our 7 night stay.

Cons: Nothing- we were very happy.

Very good apartment

Pros: The apartment was very spacious and reasonably priced. Nice toiletries. Very close to tram stop to access most tourist locations quite easily. Restaurants and bars close by too. Clean.

Cons: Needs a bit more cutlery, plates, cups and other utensils. One apartment didn't have a bottle opener. A tea towel would be useful too. 2 flights of stairs.
