Hotel Mosaic Apartments

Nice flat for short and longer stay

Pros: We were upgraded in a bigger flat. It was spacious and quiet and comfortable. We stayed there 3 days. The staff was very nice. There are restaurants, bars and supermakets around. The tramway is nearby.

Cons: If the flat is nice, there are a lot of little things to fix and repair. Some stuff was missing in the kitchen for example. The cleaning could be improved but the previous guests were apparently very messy.

Helped us have a great stay in Amsterdam.,

Pros: Great location! Close to trams, shops, laundromat etc Very helpful staff and the unit was well appointed.

Cons: Step up to the bathroom - kept light on at night to ensure safety.

It is a lovely place to stay, in a great location.

Pros: Great location, near the Leidseplein and a number of good restaurants. Lovely views from the 3rd floor at the front. It was comfortable, with a typically great shower. Friendly reception staff, and exceptionally considerate cleaning staff. The windows were openable for fresh air, which is a real bonus these days. Generally the fittings were in as-new condition, and of good quality.

Cons: In the context that this was an 'apartment' with an oven and a sink, some degree of self catering could be anticipated. A few easy things could be improved: there were no sachets of milk/creamer for hot drinks, (these are essential supplies); some 'regular/unflavoured' black tea should be available, (only Earl Grey was in the room); the loose sink tap should have been noticed and repaired; the missing fridge lower door shelf (for larger bottles etc.) should have been noticed and replaced; washing up liquid had to be requested; printed instructions for the oven would have been useful, though help was offered by reception staff; a drying cloth for mugs/plates would have been nice. I could find no facility for the hanging of clothes, no coat hangers, hooks or wardrobe. Regarding the design, the lighting was quite low, a dimmer switch which could become bright or low would be better; there was no way of turning off the light when in bed; there was no shelf within the shower to place one's flannel, soaps etc. Irrespective of the above comments, I found it to be a great place to stay, and would recommend it.

Pros: A very cozy and clean hotel! The receptionist even spoke a little Ukrainian and Russian, which was incredibly kind. One of the staff returned our forgotten phone and refused any reward - such honesty and care truly impressed us! The parking is covered and convenient, the room has everything you need, a soft bed, and a beautiful view of the canals. The staff are friendly and attentive. We had an amazing experience and will definitely come back again!🥰🤩🤗❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Pros: Nice part of town near to tram stop. Well equipped and clean. Reception staff friendly.

Cons: Could use air con. Bedrooms are glass walled which is lovely but with no air con they are warm.

I like it, and would like to stay here again

Pros: The furniture, the space, the portable airconditioner and ventilator helped during the heatwave. The staff was very welcoming, the building is pretty. The appartment size and the kitchen equipment was amazing. It was clean, enough space to host friends.

Cons: The extractorhood wasn't working well, the portable airconditioner leaked a lot of water on the floor and there should be cards to hang outside the door. The cards would be useful for housekeepers. The housekeeper didn't hear me inside the appartment and unfortunately walked in while I was half-naked. The shower had some mold If they could fix the above then the property would exceed my expectations.

We enjoyed our stay, it was comfortable. Location was good.
