Peaceful location lack of services

Pros: Remote location ,on the lake in the park .nice staff .They guys in the restaurant works hard ,very friendly .

Cons: Pool closed -it wasn’t mentioned on booking.com ,no coffee/tea facilities in the room ,could do with more cleaning -dust on tables in the hall,we requested room clean but it only replace towels .Walls are very thin,you can hear everything from outside .room has the attic ceiling so not much space for 4 people and whoever sleeps on sofa have to watch not to hit head on the ceiling .breakfast is very basic.

Pros: As soon as we arrived the gentleman receptionist was professional and friendly. The location was welcoming and in a natural setting.

Beautiful lakeside setting with accommodating staff and good amenities

Pros: I stayed at Fletcher Hotel – Resort Spaarnwoude for three nights as part of a conference event. The setting is beautiful, with stunning lake views from the main room and the staff were very accommodating with our group, even adjusting meal options for us. Amenities were nice and added to the experience.

Cons: The rooms are on the smaller side and the walls are extremely thin—you can hear almost everything from the neighbouring rooms.

Pros: The hotel's location is amazing. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. The staff was welcoming and helpful!

Pros: Big rooms, great view from the room. The area is very nice. Pool was open in the evening.

Pros: Exceptional service. The staff was super friendly and supportive. Whatever the questions they would find answers. The room was clean and prepared for our family. Great value for money, especially with this excellent and friendly service!

Pros: I stayed at the Fletcher Hotel Resort in Amsterdam and it was a truly relaxing experience. The resort is designed for peace and wellness, located far from the busy city, making it a great place to disconnect and recharge. The building is modern with stunning architecture and beautiful views. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable — perfect for a restful stay. Since it’s far from the city and shops, I recommend bringing everything you might need with you, especially if you plan to stay in and enjoy the calm atmosphere without going out. Special thanks to the young man who was on duty that night — unfortunately, I forgot his name, but he was extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming to all the guests. His attitude really made a difference and added to the positive experience. Overall, it’s a lovely resort for relaxation and a peaceful escape from the city rush.

Cons: Downside: not easy to access without a car, and no shops or services nearby.☺️
