Pros: Staff are excellent. Location is brilliant and rooms are big, new and clean.

Cons: Only minor issue was noise from outside and restaurant downstairs.

Nice coat stay

Pros: Location, staff, spacious, comfortable, airconditioned!

Cons: Nothing they can do. Just the rooms are above an restaurant. The smoking will come up but will not get into the room. It’s a bit noisy in the early morning, but it’s ok

Pros: I booked this hotel last minute and it is a new favourite. I arrived after check in closed but I received an eKey which worked perfectly. The rooms are comfortable and well stocked with tea and coffee, beds are great, and the bathrooms are fairly new. The hotel is above an excellent restaurant. Staff on WhatsApp and via email are friendly and super helpful.

Pros: It was a 35 minute walk to keukenhoff There were nice patio restaurants outside the hotel Nice restaurant/ pub was part of the hotel

Great location for tulips garden visit. Comfortable and good sized room.

Pros: Location was very convenient to go to see the tulips garden. The room was generous and the beds were good. We had no contact with any staff as we skipped breakfast.

Cons: The bathroom was not 100% clean. Communication is mostly done via chatboot and a bit spamming. For specific question online staff did react.

Pros: Hotel was meet our expectations 😌. It's just 7 min away from Botanic garden. The room was very clean ,toilet 👌 It's a lovely place.

Pros: Beautiful room, very comfortable, easy to access and easy check-in but unfortunately a bit noisy at night, you can hear very well the people in the street. Hotel provides earplugs.
