We were very blessed to be upgraded and had a great time as a family

Pros: Vast range of options for breakfast especially important as our son has food sensory needs. Room was well set out and plenty of space for all of us. Staff were very caring about the quality of the service we were receiving and cared our son was happy.

Cons: As travellers with food complexities the evening menu was a little challenging to work with but doable

Pros: The view at 17 floor is amazing. The personal from reception it is very kind and helpfuly. In front of the hotel is metro station. The parking is safe and the entire atmosphere from the hotel is friendly. I highly recomand this hotel.

This was a lovely stay, so Constable and central. The staff were extremely helpful, courteous and professional.

Pros: It was high end and beautiful. The gym and spa facilities were beautiful.

Cons: There was no fresh milk provided for tea or coffee.

The staff were very welcoming, and we even got an upgrade to a room on the top floor, which made our stay even better.

Pros: It is modern and really comfortable, it is very welcoming!

Cons: You had the metro right in front of you, the view is amazing over amsterdam, and also there were drinks, sweets, and necessary things to buy, for example a toothbrush if you forgot it. Really good!

Pros: The location was brilliant. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: A bedside table on both sides of the bed would have been helpful. I had to put my cpap machine and night time drink on the seat.

Pros: Room very clean and practical. Bed very confortable . Restaurant and food of good quality.

Cons: Food is a bit pricy. Location but at the same time you go there for activities you need to do around where you are . The city center is at 25 minutes by tube but not a center location .

10/10 Experience – Perfect for Families!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Amsterdam. Traveling with family can be stressful, but this hotel made it easy. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect—it’s right opposite the train station, and we could reach the city center in just 20 minutes. A perfect 10/10 stay!

Great comfy hotel close to metro/train.

Pros: Great location, in front of Overamstel station (well connected with subway, train stations and Schirpol Airport), very welcoming staff, amazing breakfast (check if it's included on your fare, otherwise you can have it for an extra tax), clean, nice gym (small but very functional). Good room and bathroom sizes. Would definetly come back and recommend to others.

Cons: Gym could be a bit bigger, spa could offer bath or a closed pool (they only have sauna). Guests must require cleaning services on app but only until 10am, otherwise they won't schedule and they only include your room if you ask for it.

Excellent breakfast, excellent location, knowledgeable and professional staff.

Pros: The hotel staff gave us a very nice welcome upon arrival. Our room was very nice and clean. The shower and toilet were very clean. To be honest, the breakfast is absolutely fantastic. I definitely recommend booking a stay that includes breakfast. Also, the hotel's location is great, right next to the metro. You reach Central Station in 3-4 stops. It's a perfect option for family trips. I would definitely stay here again if I return. I highly recommend it.
