Stayokay Hostel Amsterdam Oost

Pros: Nice hostel. Clean and long beds. I can't tell you much about it because I fell asleep right after making the bed. Which is great of course. Toilets 'in' the room, but there's an extra door separating it from the room so the noise isn't bothersome.

Pros: Great breakfast, very friendly and helpful personnel, good beds, clean, great location and reasonable prices (our month of travel was february)

I felt it was okay, reasonably maintained place

Pros: It was a nice place, and you could feel the vibe of a hostel

Cons: I felt there should be an operating kitchen in some times

Pros: Probably the best hostel and place to stay in Amsterdam (compare to the same kind of hostel and price in Amsterdam, you will never find this quality, staff, kindness and cleanness). Everything was outstanding and above expectation as usual. Stayokay quality!!

Perfect location for young travelers, modern and clean

Pros: Clean room and spaces, perfect location, nice common areas (but a kitchen, a bar where you can order food). Room is perfectly equipped.

Cons: Sometimes we hear noises from other rooms, also it’s too bad the luggage storage is available with a fee…

Pros: The staff here are amazing, I ended up running into a crisis and the staff was amazingly helpful, accommodating as well as empathetic. I would 💯% recommend staying here your next visit to Amsterdam. The location is lovely it was near some great cafe's and a grocery stores. Transit is within walking distance as well, it took me 1 bus from central station to get there. The vibe of the common areas is also great it's bright & full of plants so you feel comfortable.

Really interesting, friendly place to stay

Pros: The hostel is really interesting and well decorated. The staff were lovely and breakfast was really good and very affordable.

Cons: Small negative: When I stayed the weather was very cold and my room was quite cold in the night. Luckily, there was a second duvet left over so I could have two.

Pros: Very nice hostel, located in an old school. Friendly staff.

Cons: This hostel is different from what we're used to. There's no shared kitchen, and you're not allowed to bring food and drinks to your room. So, even in a private room, we were quite limited. Furthermore, the hostel is more than three kilometers from the city center's attractions.

Cons: The room was a little small but beautiful . 2 twins but i snore! More pillows would be better but to be fair i didnt ask
